Um pai de família que se preocupa com as horas a que a filha adolescente chega a casa é um homem responsável. Que tem o poder. Que é administrador do prédio. A ele ninguém lhe dá baile. E é porque ninguém lhe dá baile que a filha chega às horas que lhe apetece, as inquilinas do 1º Dto assaltam os gays do 1º Esquerdo, as giras do 3º levam lá homens à socapa e os que se mudaram agora para o 3º Dtº e estão em obras já andam nus pelos patamares do prédio. Claro que o porteiro podia ajudar. Mas dá imenso trabalho andar a limpar e é bem melhor ficar preso num elevador com alguém tipo Soraia Chaves e uma amiga… menos gira. Viagens à Madeira sem bilhetes de avião, questões arrasadoras como a difícil escolha entre ser gay ou ser homossexual, uma infiltração de água, a visão de um pénis pela primeira vez e muita gente num só condomínio.
