Elsewhere, the pressure is on to get Virgin's new Dreamliner plane delivered on time from Boeing and Crawley warehouse staff offer their insights into the airline's fortunes.

After seven years of waiting, the team members are about to get their hands on their new Dreamliner plane. Designer Nik and cabin crew trainer Matt Whip are among the crew flying the new aircraft back to the UK. Meanwhile, back at Heathrow, Chief Executive Craig and his senior team find the welcoming party does not run as smoothly as expected. Cameras also follow staff at the customer complaints centre in Swansea, and in the Crawley warehouse, Tom is thinking about his future.
