BiographySara Seyed is an actor, writer, producer and international lawyer specializing in human rights law, feminist legal theory, and children's rights. Formerly based in London, she has worked extensively on addressing sexual violence, human trafficking , and Iran’s deaths penalty cases with organizations such as Amnesty international and the International Bar Assciation.
Having completed a residency at the Moscow Art Theatre and the American Repertory, Sara graduated from Harvard University in 2018. Her talent and dedication have led her to work alongside Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actors in a range of feature films and notable television shows on platforms like Netflix, Apple TV, Paramount, and Hulu.
She currently serves as an Ambassador for the United Nations and actively supports the Together Band initiative, focusing on Goal No. 3: Reduced Inequality and Goal No. 5: Gender Equality. She is the co-chair and founding member of the Iran Democracy Council. She is currently working on her anticipated TED talk about the profound impact of this revolution, as well as a documentary that envisions the future of the Women, Life, Freedom revolution.
