When the government clamps down on illicit suppliers as food in shops becomes scarce, Kyle acts on information from a source on the inside to get to the truth.
Trapline
Kyle is taken in by the police commissioner and asked to investigate Careguard, a private security company. A deal is struck, but can the Commissioner be trusted?
Ordeal by Small Brown Envelope
The PCD turns the heat up on Kyle when more dissenting criticism is printed and they begin Authorised Systematic Harassment. But has the PCD gone too far this time?

Kyle investigates an extortion network involving non-citizens and in doing so manages to turn the tables on the PCD.

A chess champion is refused a visa to leave the country and a ‘pentagon' hatch a plot for a kidnap. Kyle makes the connection and investigates.

Many of these items have incredible stories behind them and a unique place in history: from an accordion played in the Blitz by a woman who is now in her 90s, to a beautifully crafted clock made by a father who was completely blind; a Pinball machine that is currently being used as a kitchen counter, and a Davenport desk with its trademark fake drawers which fooled burglars - and their crowbar.
The Repair Shop is an antidote to our throwaway culture and shines a light on the wonderful treasures to be found in homes across the country.
