THE FIRES –Correspondent Bill Whitaker reports from Los Angeles, the site of what could be the most destructive and costliest firestorm in its history. Whitaker surveys the devastation with the Quick Response Force from the air and meets first responders on the front lines, many of whom face personal losses in their community while making significant sacrifices to protect their city. Nichole Marks, Marc Lieberman and Heather Abbott are the producers. 

THE FBI DIRECTOR – As Federal Bureau of Investigation director Christopher Wray prepares to step down before President-elect Donald Trump takes office, correspondent Scott Pelley speaks with him for his only broadcast exit interview. Wray, whom Trump nominated in 2017, reflects on his decision to depart early, the Bureau's future and the threats America faces. Aaron Weisz and Pat Milton are the producers.

THE GAZA POLICY – Correspondent Cecilia Vega interviews former State Department officials who quit their jobs and are speaking out about their concerns with the Biden administration's policy in support of Israel's war in Gaza, raising questions about the direction of U.S. foreign policy and the values it represents. Ayesha Siddiqi is the producer.
