In the sophomore and freshman years, Xia Miaomiao took the surveying class together. In class, she deliberately distanced herself from Liang Younian and chose to be in the same group with Lin Kaituo. Lin Kaituo noticed Xia Miaomiao's half-dead look and had to ask Xia Miaomiao to come and help him hold the ladder. The interaction between the two fell into Liang Younian's eyes. Liang Younian was annoyed and coldly rejected Fang Xiaoyue's concern. Fang Xiaoyue stood in front of Liang Younian. She saw that the surveying tripod was about to fall, and she threw herself in front of Liang Younian without hesitation, blocking the heavy blow of the tripod for Liang Younian. Fang Xiaoyue sprained his foot and couldn't walk. Liang Younian asked Xia Miaomiao to help him pack up the surveying tools and carry Fang Xiaoyue to the hospital. Xia Miaomiao returned to the dormitory and cried. Tang Mengfei kept provoking Xia Miaomiao, so Axia had to take Xia Miaomiao to the playground to relax.
