The story takes a twist when Zack who was to replace Andy in the group gets murdered. Andy was really scared approaches KD this time. As the trial ensues, Kamat the manager of the band claims that it's not Andy but the guitar that the victims played and the tune that killed them. It’s a killer guitar. The guitar this band purchased belonged to Rocco a musician who died under mysterious circumstances. To debunk the ‘cursed guitar theory’, Jaiswal asks if anyone would play it and one of the people in the court does. Later get gets murdered too. This shocks everyone. KD smells foul play.
