Ömer is about to say I love you when they ring the bell. They hide. It is Koray. Zehra talks to him. He takes some stuff and leaves for the workshop again. Ömer once more wants to talk to Zehra but they ring the bell again.
Melika has brought her mom Fikriye. Şukran was supposed to look after her while Melika goes to the hospital for a few hours. Zehra says she will look after her. Ömer hides in the room and is not happy about the set up. Fikriye who suffers from periods of memory loss finds him in the room and hugs him thinking he is her son Ahmed. She takes him out into the living room and reproaches Zehra for hiding her son from her. Ömer goes along with her. Fikriye keeps saying Zehra is not a good wife and daughter-in-law and Ömer is amused by the things she says and goes along with the game smiling. Zehra has to also play along although she is annoyed.
Müzeyyen is upset that Zehra and Ömer have not come home and feels it is because she has upset Zehra with her actions. Cevriye continues preparations for the anniversary party. Alev realizes Mert is investigating Hilmi Yilmaz and informs him.
Beton brings chocolate to the office and Mehtap thinks they are for her. But Beton takes it with him when he leaves after doing his job. Mehtap is annoyed. He also buys two cinema tickets. Mehtap goes to the salon and gets herself done but when she comes back she realizes that Beton is going with someone else.
Fikriye takes her meds and remembers Zehra. She says Ömer is probably Zehra's husband. She stays and even sleeps on Ömer's lap. Zehra says Fikriye was very nice to them as children. She would listen to all their troubles and take care of them. Ömer asks what about you? Are you going to listen to me? Zehra pauses.
Melika cannot pick Fikriye up until late. Leyla and the rest are not returning until tomorrow either so Ömer calls Ayşe and tells them he and Zehra will stay out another night. Melika comes to take Fikriye away. Fikriye insists that Zehra's husband is in the room and they should say bye. Melika thinks she is just confused. They finally leave.
Ömer comes out and the two of them sit for tea before sleeping. Zehra thinks Ömer was strained by the day's happenings. He says it was actually the most interesting and special day he had ever had. Zehra is moved.
