In the first of a new six-part series of the Heathrow-based docusoap, animal health officer Stuart King receives an emergency call to catch a loose dog. Meanwhile, the Irish Olympic team's journey to Sydney is put in jeopardy as the youngest member forgets his passport.

This week in the Heathrow-based docusoap there's a triumphant homecoming for the British Olympic team, with Steve Mellor and Russell Clisby among the press gang angling for an exclusive. Stuart King discovers some giant spiders which have been left at the airport.

This week in the Heathrow-based docusoap, a scared squirrel takes refuge on a departing aeroplane wheel, new Qantas man John Cull has a rocky ride at check-in, and the resident press get caught out by a walking, talking robot.
Episode 4
Trouble-shooter Karen Jones deals with a collapsed passenger who has missed his flight, while the arrival of a South African with a large sum of money means immigration officer Eric Day has to be more inquisitive than usual.
Episode 5
The busiest day in Heathrow's history sees over 20,000 passengers pass through the airport. Karen Jones has to control the Terminal 3 crowds, and Ghana Airways'
Eben Twum-Barima has more people at check-in than he can manage.
