Episode 1
Join Ria and Alex in Blackpool, exploring one of the country's most-loved seaside resorts as its illuminations get underway. We also meet a Scottish hoof trimmer-turned-internet sensation, the Hijabi Boxer from Manchester on a mission, and find out how beavers are helping to preserve Welsh wetlands.
Episode 2
This week, join Ria and Alex at the home of British motor racing - Silverstone. We also take a trip along the country's longest continuous flight of locks in Wiltshire and find out why an 80-year-old retired Army Major is sailing across the country in a tin boat.
Episode 3
This week, join Ria and Alex in Jersey, exploring the island's iconic Elizabeth Castle. We also meet the vlogger from Tenby inspiring others, the Parkour champion trying to get other young people into the sport and we take to the skies over the Black Mountains.
Episode 4
This week, Alex and Ria are at the home of Welsh rugby, the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, where they will test out their tackling skills and also meet the Harris hawk keeping watch over the venue.
We'll also see how a community bees project is helping people in Tyneside, explore a remote island off the coast of the North West and we'll meet the champion windsurfer from Essex, back on his board after having a stroke.
Episode 5
This week, Ria and Alex are in Belfast, learning about the history of shipbuilding and maritime heritage, as well as taking a close look at the city's booming street art scene.
We also meet Ben Parkinson from Doncaster, the most severely injured soldier to survive the war in Afghanistan, as he undertakes a special challenge in South Wales to mark 15 years since his life changed.
We also meet the former rugby player from Bedfordshire now running 48 marathons in 30 days for a cause close to his heart, we go behind-the-scenes to look at the ongoing restoration work of Big Ben and we meet Team GB's first female Sikh powerlifter from Warwick.
Episode 6
Alex and Ria are at Westonbirt Arboretum exploring the emerging autumn colours. We also hear from the Potty Plotters who help people make the most of their allotments.
Episode 7
Ria and Alex are welcomed into the Guru Nanak Darbar Gurdwara in Gravesend. Also, we find out how Banksy is inspiring the next generation of artists in Bristol.
Episode 8
Ria Hebden explores Birmingham by boat, along the city's canal network. We also meet the former paratrooper walking around the country's coastline for charity.
Episode 9
Ria and Alex are in Edinburgh, visiting some of the city's landmarks. Plus, we meet the couple in their twenties who've bought a castle in Northern Ireland.
Episode 10
Alex and Ria are in Cornwall, visiting the Eden Project. Also on the programme, we take a look at the restored Second World War Spitfire proudly on display in Stoke-on-Trent.
