As the athletes are about to leave behind family and friends for nine weeks, they are surprised by an epic skydiving opportunity. One of the athletes experiences regret. Track is revealed as the first sport and Samantha must train her fellow athletes
Rowing
This week's sport is Rowing and Dominic is the Sport Leader. Tempers flare during training as Maggie and Brayden can't find a rhythm. Momo has a meltdown trying to adapt while Lily demonstrates empathy even though it could affect her results.
Wheelchair Boxing
Lily, former All-Round Champion Sierra, and former WBC amateur national lightweight champion Leo Sammarelli coach the para-athletes in adaptive boxing. They focus on angles, combinations, and the importance of adapting.
Swimming
It's Swimming. Things do not start out well for Maggie. Jackson causes a minor emergency which some athletes view as an opportunity. Brad instantly gloats, Dominic can't seem to float and the competition is going to need a bigger boat!
Sledge Hockey
It's Sledge Hockey and Jackson is riding a hot streak. Training proves hard on Gurnoor, leading to mental stress. Momo needs points and a little extra effort to succeed. Dominic's frustration continues. History is made at the Podium
Climbing
It's Climbing. Jackson aims for a sixth straight podium appearance; Momo is inspired by the Sport Star and Lily adapts to an unusual technique. Brayden takes a moment to inspire his fellow athletes. A pinky promise impacts the podium ceremony.
Wheelchair Basketball
It's Wheelchair Basketball... An advantage is on the line and tensions run high between the athletes. Sam is still seething from last week's results. Lily is hoping to three-peat for a medal and a surprise at the podium proves to be a game-changer.
Sailing
Sailing is revealed as the featured sport and a homesick Bradley is the Sport Leader. Momo is super focused but is forced into a dangerous situation. Maggie's adaptation proves beneficial. Jackson aims for a return to podium from a two-week hiatus.
Goalball
It's Goalball and Dominic is noticeably absent as he deals with a family issue. The athletes are immediately put to the test as they are forced to train without seeing. The Competition makes the athletes happy, but surprises abound at the podium.
Arcathlon
With a tie atop the Leaderboard, The Arcathlon is back! The contest continues with the most physically and mentally demanding events ever in the history of ARC with significant points up for grabs. The first-ever Para All-Round Champion is crowned.

Eavesdropping on the life of Sidney Chambers, a charismatic, charming, crime-fighting clergyman, and his partner in crime Police Inspector Geordie Keating, became a highlight for the audience who revelled in their on screen partnership. Geordie's plain-speaking, down to earth approach to policing complemented Sidney's more gentle technique of coaxing information from witnesses and suspects. Their unlikely pairing became a true friendship as each offered a different insight into the crimes they unravelled.
