At the venue, AJ is stopped from entering by the bouncer, and the gang walk in to see it's a rap battle. Chloe and Fabio help Lola practise her routines, but when Helen becomes too controlling, Chloe takes Lola for lunch and tells her she needs to stand up for herself more. However, Lola takes the advice literally. Rather than going straight back to rehearsal, she decides to rebel and leads them to an outdoor climbing wall. Dan's sister Jess comes to The Palais to see how he's doing after hurting his back. Dan pretends all is fine and tries to lead a salsa class when the teacher is late.
