Carroll Shelby Bike 1
""The American chopper meets the American muscle car..."" Truer words were never spoken as the Teutel men head down to Dallas, Texas to check out Mustang legend, Carroll Shelby's show room and race track. Proposed with the idea of making a chopper based on Carroll Shelby's Mustang hot rods, Paul Jr. nails out some of the finer points of the bike, and calls for some of the most extensive fabrication to date.
Carroll Shelby Bike 2
It's moving day for OCC when the guys move out to a bigger facility closer to Montgomery, New York. The final stages of fabrication on the Carroll Shelby Bike become complicated when Keith has the equipment moved right out under Vinnie and Rick's noses. After moving into the bigger facility, the bike snaps together but when engine problems similar to those that plagued the Comanche threaten to pull the plug on this Mustang-inspired masterpiece for its unveiling at a Las Vegas auto show. Episode Highlights: -Gus locks Paul Sr. out of his Hummer. -Mikey and the guys trash the old shop. -Paul Sr. runs his Expedition through the old shop. -New York Governor George Pataki visits the new OCC shop.
Lincoln Mark LT Bike 1
The OCC starts their latest bike with a trip to the Motor City and a tour of the Ford/Lincoln plant. This time they're building a bike in honor of Lincoln's first pickup truck. Mikey gives Senior a serious case of the giggles.
Lincoln Mark LT Bike 2
Work continues on the Lincoln Bike. Mikey pitches in to get some extra features of the bike done and to keep the guys on schedule. Also, Jr. and crew travel to Washington, DC to visit injured troops at Walter Reed Memorial Hospital.
Junior's Dream Bike 1
Paulie challenges himself to design his best web-themed bike yet. It's the third in a series of web bikes, after the Spider Bike and Black Widow. Paulie pushes himself to the limit and creates the most outrageous bike.
Junior's Dream Bike 2
Paulie finishes the final bike of the web trilogy, while Rick and Vinnie get the opportunity of a lifetime and take a ride in an F-16. Meanwhile, Mikey Sr. and crew pitch in to create a new sign for Orange County Choppers.
Caterpillar Bike 1
OCC's next project has them building a chopper based on a Caterpillar bulldozer, but things don't go as well at the shop when Paul Jr. and Mike Campo can't agree on the bike's design.
Caterpillar Bike 2
After butting heads on Mike Campo's fender and exhaust system, it's back to the drawing board for Paul Jr., much to the charign of his old man. Despite the problems with design, Paul Jr. has other worries to contend with: the paint and powder coat don't match.
Gillette Bike 1
The OCC travels to Boston to visit Gillette headquarters for some inspiration for their Gillette-themed bike, while also getting in a close shave. When they return, the guys work on production bikes, while also making the Gillette bike.
Gillette Bike 2
The OCC guys finish the bike for Gillette and unveil it at the Prudential Center. As an added bonus, Mikey babysits Vinnie's daughter, so that Vinnie and his wife can have a much needed night out.
NAPA Drag Bike 1
The guys at OCC go to drag racing school in New Jersey to prepare to build a drag bike for NAPA. Junior designs a bike unlike any other, as it'll have a straight speed of 140 mph, and will be used in actual races on the quarter mile drag track.
NAPA Drag Bike 2
Orange County Choppers finishes the NAPA bike and Vinnie races it down the strip in an actual drag race.
Jr/Sr Military Tribute Bikes 1
Junior and Senior join forces to build a bike that will be auctioned off to benefit the families of wounded and fallen troops. Their father-son rivalry emerges as Senior builds an old school bike and Junior builds a more modern bike.
Jr/Sr Military Tribute Bikes 2
OCC takes a trip to a nuclear submarine, the USS Albuquerque, for more inspiration on their military bikes. Once they finish, the guys head to Walter Reed Memorial Hospital to show off the bikes to the wounded troops.
NY Yankees Bike 1
OCC heads to Yankee Stadium to meet with Yankee catcher Jorge Posada to build a bike to be auctioned off to benefit his Foundation. Senior plays hardball with Junior and the two aren't playing on the same team when not enough gets done on the bike.
NY Yankees Bike 2
The guys head to a Yankee's baseball game to get the inspiration they need to finish a bike to benefit the Jorge Posada Foundation. Mikey is put in charge of getting the gas tank signed by the entire Yankee team, and the bike is auctioned.
Space Shuttle Tribute Bike 1
The OCC heads to the Johnson Space Center in Houston to get some inspiration for a NASA-themed bike. The bike will be a tribute to the space shuttle program and a memorial to the two crews that were lost in space.
Space Shuttle Tribute Bike 2
The guys of OCC take off to Cape Canaveral to watch the launch of the space shuttle Discovery for more research in building the NASA-themed bike. Back in the shop, Jr. continues to work on the bike.
Rick's Bike 1
As Senior and Rick finish a production bike together, Senior decides to surprise Rick and tells him that the next bike that they build will be for him. Mikey comes in to help Rick, and acts as his inspiration.
Rick's Bike 2
Fabrication continues on the Rick Bike, as the guys pitch in to finish this old school bike for Rick to keep. The bike heads to paint and Nub gets to work on the bike to give it a real old school feel.
On the Road - Europe Part 1
Follow OCC as they head to Europe for a family vacation. Adventures and cultural differences await the Teutuls as they travel across the Atlantic for the first time ever. They take in sights in London, and head out on the open road in Ireland.
On the Road - Europe Part 2
Follow the guys of OCC as they continue on their family vacation through the UK and France. The Teutuls head to Omaha Beach to pay their respects and learn the history behind the famous World War II site. The guys do some riding with Ewan McGregor.

However, their opinionated next-door neighbor, Calvin Butler, is wary of the newcomers, certain that they'll disrupt the culture on the block. Dave realizes that fitting into their new community is more complex than he expected, but if he can find a way to connect with Calvin, they have an excellent chance of making their new neighborhood their home.
