Mikey gets in the game & heads up OCC's latest creation -- a Wolverine bike for the University of Michigan's Mott Children's Hospital. The cast from NBC's "My Name is Earl" bursts onto the scene and gets the OCC team to build a My Name is Earl bike.

Mikey reveals the University of Michican bike at Michigan-OSU football game Then the guys are off to Hollywood for a reveal party with the cast of NBC's show "My Name is Earl".
Gander Mountain 1
OCC packs their gear and hikes into their next project - a custom chopper for the outdoor lifestyle company, Gander Mountain, inspiring the guys to venture into the great outdoors and test their survival skills.

OCC continues on their latest custom creation - a street bike/motocross hybrid for the outdoor lifestyle company, Gander Mountain. Meanwhile, the Teutuls travel to Brazil to unveil a special bike & find themselves invited to the Presidential Palace.

OCC charges up their latest double build - Senior's custom creation for Craftsman Tools, and Jr.'s 2-wheeled showpiece for Die Hard Batteries. Meanwhile, the guys travel to South Africa where they immerse themselves in the local bike culture.

OCC continues on their latest double build - custom bikes for Craftsman Tools and Die Hard Batteries. Both teams race into assembly, and the Sr-Jr rivalry heats up.
Klipsch Bike
OCC tunes in and cranks it up, as they build a custom bike for Klipsch Audio Technologies. But staffing shortages around the shop have the crew scrambling, forcing Sr. to amp everyone up on a quest to hire new people.
Viega Corporation
OCC pulls out all the stops and takes on a project for the plumbing and heating technology company, Viega Corporation. Manpower issues continue to plague the shop, and company demands push JQ to the limit.
BSN Bike
OCC pumps it up on their latest custom creation for nutritional supplement company, BSN. During fabrication Jr. & Sr. go face to face over missing tools, and the Girls of BSN stop in to lend a hand.
Manitowoc Crane Company Bike
OCC does some heavy lifting as they create an industrial-themed bike for the Manitowoc Crane Group. As the build moves forward and the theme comes to life, Mikey lectures a group of second graders.
Production Bike Showcase
The motorcycle industry singles out OCC for a prestigious award, but with no production bikes in house, the crew scrambles to build more for the award showcase. With mock-up underway, the Teutuls head south for a reunion with Russell Crowe.
Dryvit Bike
OCC moves into their new World Headquarters and takes on their first build in the new shop; a penguin-themed chopper for exterior insulation manufacturer, Drvyit Systems.
NY Giants Bike
Paul Sr. gets the green light for Paul Jr. to design and build a custom chopper honoring the World Champion NY Giants. As Jr.'s freeform style inspires the build, OCC prepares for the grand opening of their new World HQ.
Darien Lake Bike
OCC twists and turns into their next project: the OCC Motocoaster bike for the Darien Lake Theme Park Resort.
Sikorsky Bike
Sr. recruits JQ and Jason Pohl to build a tribute bike for the Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. But fabrication hits some turbulence as issues with the backbone and tank have the guys spinning out of control.
Mercedes-Amg Bike
The Teutuls get inspired by some high-end automotive engineering and build a luxury-performance bike for Mercedes Benz-AMG. Sr. taps a local artist to immortalize his kids in ink, and then takes some time to get away, with his best friend, Gus.
Strike Ten Entertainment
OCC takes on a bowling-themed bike for Strike Ten Entertainment. Rick rolls a strike with his bowling ball tank, while Sr. takes Mikey to the farm and makes like a matador.
McCuff Bike
OCC builds a custom creation for McCuff Industries. As fabrication gets underway, a miscalculation on the frame hands the guys a setback. Mikey tests his skills as a McCuff salesman while problems during the bike's assembly frustrate the crew.
RJR Memorial Car Show
OCC hosts the RJR Memorial Car show. With Sr. leading the way, everyone at the shop contributes: Jr. reaches out to the local fire department for help with a pancake breakfast and Mikey travels to the city to solicit help for an idea.
Web Bike: Special Edition
OCC gets tangled in their next project: the Web Bike Special Edition. Before fabrication, it's all hands on deck to move a massive new machine into the shop. The new press is put to work right away, as Paulie creates a bold new look.
Steve Wyrick & ICEE Bikes
OCC takes on two builds: a custom bike for illusionist Steve Wyrick & a custom bike for ICEE. The guys have a hard time pulling off their first trick - an invisible gas tank. And the crew cools off by bringing their family to work for a sweet treat.
Aaron Bike
OCC gets into some heavy machinery with an industrial themed bike for Aaron Equipment Company. Sr. isn't happy when one Teutul is a no show for the visit to Aaron. With the tension thick the gears start turning as the guys crank up fabrication.
Dodge Ram Bike
OCC goes heavy duty with a bike for Dodge Ram. Needing help with the design, the guys take a trip to a farm for inspiration from the real thing. Back at the shop, Sr. leads the charge on the build but when Jr. gets involved the Teutuls butt heads.
Schussler Bike
Pohl gets tapped to scout out OCC's most magical client ever, Schussler Creative. When Schussler's outrageous bike ideas push OCC to the brink, the guys dig in with the goal of creating the wildest 57 Chevy bike ever built.

However, their opinionated next-door neighbor, Calvin Butler, is wary of the newcomers, certain that they'll disrupt the culture on the block. Dave realizes that fitting into their new community is more complex than he expected, but if he can find a way to connect with Calvin, they have an excellent chance of making their new neighborhood their home.
