In the "City of Lights" celebrity judges David Hasselhoff, Piers Morgan and Sharon Osbourne interrogate some of the acts to help them determine who will make it into the Top 40 and onto the live performance shows. It's a revealing look into the deliberations as the judges fight it out to determine the fate of the contestants. For the acts its an emotional day that either ends with heartbreak and anguish or joy and celebration. One contestant faces what he calls one of the "most difficult decisions of his life." Nick Cannon hosts this variety competition series which features a colorful array of hopeful future stars as they compete for a chance to win a one million dollar prize and become the most talented act in America.
