Anjum gives us a lesson in essential Indian spices, putting them to use in a ginger masala chai that she cooks over an open flame in the countryside. She also spices up some proper punjabi samosas, shows us the secrets to tandoori style chicken and infuses a simple yoghurt dessert with a delicate saffron fragrance.

Street Food
Anjum hits the bustling night markets of Melbourne to sample the delicious hawker-style food before returning to the kitchen to showcase her favourite Indian street foods.

The Picnic
In this episode Anjum decides to create some holiday memories for her family by putting an Indian spin on a classic picnic. Kicking off with a traditional homemade Indian cheese known as paneer, she also makes a delicious five-seeded potato salad and some spicy salmon parcels cooked outdoors.

Comfort Food
It's cold outside so Anjum shows us how to warm our souls with her take on Indian comfort food. From a rich lamb bhuna to a spicy baked spinach ricotta to her kids' favourite, Indian-inspired jaffles... perfect for that winter night in front of the fire.

Coastal Cooking
Anjum conjures up flavours of the Indian coast with a coconut beef stir-fry, Malayali fish curry and spice-infused glazed pineapple.

From garlic, red chilli and tomato chutney to proper date and tamarind chutney, in this episode Anjum shows us the secret to her favourite Indian chutneys and how they can add instant flavour to an Indian dish.

Light and Healthy
Determined to break the myth that Indian food is heavy and indulgent, Anjum sets out to show us the light and healthy side of Indian cuisine with a South-Indian haddock and corn chowder and a shikanji granita to wow the girls!

Indian Tapas
There's not a curry in sight when Anjum serves up a selection of contemporary, bite-sized Indian snacks that both look and taste delicious. From Goan prawn and coconut cakes to salmon roe and avocado pani puri, this it the ultimate menu for entertaining guests.

A Day in the Life...
Anjum takes us through a day in her life – one meal at a time. She kick-starts the day with a masala omelette, followed by a barbecue in the Australian countryside where she grills a hearty vegetarian lunch of spice-roasted butternut squash. For dinner it's roast chicken, Indian-style, and for dessert a family favourite, semolina halva.

Traditional Favourites
While Anjum loves to put a modern twist on Indian cuisine, she is also passionate about holding onto those traditional favourites. In this episode she shares her Mum's beloved punjabi chicken curry recipe and shows us how easy it is to whip up homemade paratha. Anjum even her kids get involved when it comes to rolling out the sweet Indian treat gulab jamun.

Anjum's Twist
Anjum puts an Indian twist on some much-loved English and Australian favourites with her inspired take on a meat pie and fish and chips.

The Final Banquet
Anjum finishes off her Australian holiday with a bang seeking out the perfect produce for the ultimate outdoor banquet for family and friends.

Ghost Adventures crew -- Zak Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, Billy Tolley, and Jay Wasley -- is back to investigate the scariest, most notorious, haunted places in the world.
The trio will interview eyewitnesses and historians at each location, arming themselves with the stories of the ghosts they will later provoke and confront during their dusk-to-dawn lockdowns. (Note: They don't always come out unscathed!) Then they'll review and analyze their findings with some the most respected experts and specialists in the paranormal field.

Each week on Naked and Afraid: Uncensored, a new pair of total strangers are faced with the ultimate survival challenge: survive for 21 days together with no clothes or supplies in some of the most dangerous environments in the world. In addition to the landscape itself working against the duo, the local wildlife stalks looks to prey on them as well.
