The five accept his offer, but when a dangerous criminal mastermind named Paine escapes from prison, Axel has personal interest into helping recapture him.

With these powers, Spydah and added help from the acrobatic Cannonball Bros., Paine goes to Lee Industries, seeking revenge on Axel Manning.
