Rachel, 17, is preparing for the arrival of her first child while also studying for exams, but her boyfriend Chris has been offered work 80 miles away and is thinking of moving out just weeks before the baby is due.

Florence, 20, was told she would never get pregnant thanks to polycystic ovaries. Then she ended up with twins. Laura got pregnant at 16 after a contraceptive pill failed thanks to a bout of meningitis.

Yasmin got pregnant at just 14 but kept the baby, excelled at school and went on to university. Kim was a problem teenager who grew up after meeting Lance, but her mum believes she is not a natural parent.
