Kate also goes in search of truffles as she teams up with business owner Zak and his trusty Labrador sourcing the best English bounty from deep within the New Forest. And we meet ex equity broker Charlie who swapped the city of London for a more natural life and created a company from his love of trout fishing creating a premium product that could outdo the mass-produced trout available in the UK.

Wild Cards follows the unlikely duo of a gruff, sardonic cop and a spirited, clever con woman.
