Nut cakes range from easy little cakes to elaborate grand tortes. This classic cake from Italy has a rich and complex nutty flavor. And for a grand dessert featuring nuts, Anna prepares an elegant Mont Blanc torte—an impressive cake to serve at a dinner party. And what could be more fun than nut brittle, served as a garnish or a treat on its own.
