Cameras focus on 82-year-old Welsh valley girl Val, who goes on a walking tour with her friend Alan. They share the secrets of their beautiful home town of Mijas.

Cameras focus on Colin 'Coco' Brown, who owns a farm and animal rescue centre in the hills above Benidorm. In this edition, Colin rescues a miniature pony he calls Trooper.

Drag artist Colin `Coco" Brown hosts a group of paying visitors at his animal rescue centre, where the guests meet the resident horses, donkeys, peacocks and meerkats.

Cameras follow them as they run back and forth between the two bars, keeping their clientele of Bargain Loving Brits happy, fed and watered.

Cameras focus on Joe and Jan, a couple of well-loved characters who have been married for 49 years and run the Last Chance Animal Rescue Centre, which cares for abandoned animals. Here, they bid farewell to the charity as they decide that it's time to hand over the reins. Plus, the lives of Louise and Ed, who run a catering business delivering healthy home-cooked meals.

Cameras follow Dennis and Nestor during the planning of their wedding ceremony. Plus, there is an update on Mel West, the Yorkshire-born dog groomer.

Cameras follow catering company owners Louise and Ed as they serve up traditional English Sunday roasts with a Spanish twist in the town of Sotogrande.

Meeting up with Val, an 82-year-old originally from Wales, who is now a bargain-loving Brit living in Mijas on the Costa del Sol. Today, she's going to be making her way down a local valley on a zip wire, with her best friend Alan and a couple of other Brits with a combined age of 313 years. Cameras also follow restaurant owner Paula, her dog Piglet, flatmate Lisa and all the staff of the Mad Munk in Benidorm.

Cosmetics saleswoman Val has a new business venture, offering personalised delivery of presents to loved ones of expats' friends and family back in the UK.
