Beach Flip is a series where four teams hit the sandy beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama to battle it out in an epic renovation competition. Hosts Nicole Curtis, Josh Temple and David Bromstad mentor four teams as they transform beachfront bungalows in need of a major makeover. The teams compete weekly to win a cash advantage until their properties are completely transformed from top to bottom. The team who delivers the highest increase in value on their beach bungalow will win $50,000.

And the Winner is...

In the season finale of Beach Flip, the contestants join forces to transform the shared outdoor spaces of their beach houses. Hosts Nicole Curtis, Josh Temple and David Bromstad mentor the teams during the final challenge. The region's top appraisers return to determine which team added the most value to their beach house over the course of the renovation. The team with the highest percentage increase in value wins $50,000 and a spread in HGTV magazine.
