Longing for Long Branch, New Jersey

Denise and Jim Murphy are from Garnerville, New York, and their four children, Regina, Kristen, James and Michael, are growing up and progressing into adulthood. Now with families, significant others and hectic work schedules, it's hard for the kids to find time to spend with Mom and Dad. But Denise and Jim are hoping this will all change once they purchase a brand-new beach house, a place where the entire Murphy clan can kick back, relax and create lasting memories together. Having vacationed on the Jersey Shore in the past, Denise and Jim have targeted long time family favorite, Long Branch, New Jersey, as their beachfront bargain destination. With the help of real estate agent Christine Stout, they hope to check off everything on their wish list and find a home the family will love for under $285,000.
