Hunting for a Hidden Gem on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina

Jim and Melissa are from Hunt Valley, Maryland, and have two daughters, Ariette and Aubriel. They own and operate a catering company that requires working grueling 20-hour days and combined with the girl's hectic schedules, it's tough for them to find time to spend together as a family. But one benefit of the catering industry is the off-season, which allows Jim and Melissa to have a few months of downtime each year. They've decided the best way to optimize these breaks would be with the purchase of a beachfront vacation home on the private resort island of Hilton Head, in South Carolina. With the help of local real estate agent Tammy Moody, Jim and Melissa hope to find a peaceful sanctuary in the sand for under $275,000.
