Wu Wei made a will, and his shares in Dade were divided between Wu Di and Wu Mei equally. Wu Di cried bitterly when he heard the news of his brother's death. Wu Mei decided to return the shares in her hand to Cheng Feng, Wu Di was greatly surprised. Wu Mei said that she and Wu Di will not have any further relationship, because Wu Wei will always be among them, and she decided to return to the US headquarters. Shen Bing wants to go back to his hometown to visit his mother. The lonely Cheng Feng finds Wu Di to get together and learns of Wu Wei's death. Wu Di returned their shares to Cheng Feng, and Cheng Feng agreed to buy back the shares at the same price. At Wu Wei's mourning meeting, Shi Xiaomeng came to worship, and the three brothers gathered together again, and Wu Di persuaded Xiaomeng to turn around. Yang Zixi thanked Wu Di for everything she had done for her, and Wu Di told her that it is not too late to start again. Wu Di sent away Wu Mei who was going to the United States, and the two bid farewell. Cheng Shengen was convicted and sentenced to three years in prison. Now Cheng Feng can completely regain the control of Dade with the stock in his hand. Shi Xiaomeng hired a mixed-race beauty, Xueer, to approach Cheng Feng, intending to drive a wedge between him and Shen Bing.
