Below Deck Sailing Yacht - Season 2
Season 2
Episodes
Running on Fumes
Captain Glenn and Parsifal are back! This time in Croatia and ready to welcome a whole new crew aboard to a wild season full of over-the-top antics. Chief Stew, Daisy Kelliher, hails from Ireland and a pedigreed sailing background - both of her parents were yachties, and her grandfather sailed for Ireland in the 1964 Olympics. Rounding out the interior are Daisy's skilled 2nd Stew, Dani Soares, and lovably eccentric 3rd Stew, Alli Dore. Leading the deck team is the ultra-experienced First Mate, Gary King, who rules his department with an iron fist. Reporting to Gary are Sydney Zaruba, who has been sailing since she was a child, and Jean-Luc Cerza Lanuax, who towers at a whopping 6'9" and can barely fit in his bunk. The deck team slips up when they mistakenly wash the teak with gasoline, and Chief Engineer, Colin Macrae, swoops in to save the day. Chef Natasha De Bourg, who has worked at many Michelin-Star restaurants, is challenged to create exquisite dishes revolving around the Primary guest's strict vegan requirements. But the first charter of the season gets really rocky when the guests get in a drunken personal fight. The next morning, the guests' excitement to sail puts Daisy and Natasha at odds over serving breakfast on heel. But nothing is more startling than when Jean-Luc realizes he may have lost two guests at sea!
Nookie Mistake
Deckhand Jean-Luc tries to rebound after losing two guests, but his inability to sleep in his undersized bunk interferes with his work and his attitude. When the dust settles, the crew gives the guests a lot to mullet over as they pull together a rip-roarin' 80s rock party. A confrontation about pita bread between Chef Natasha and Chief Stew Daisy doesn't add up. Captain Glenn pushes the boat hard during a lively sail as primary charter guest Nikki's father blesses the group with favorable winds. The crew goes absolutely wild during their first night off, and First Mate Gary makes a drunken decision that could have dire consequences for the deck team.
Smoldering Secrets
A hungover Parsifal crew tries to piece together what they did the night before. Dani does some sleuthing while Gary and Sydney downplay their hookup. Daisy's frustration with the deck team ratchets up when she discovers they've been using guest areas that have already been cleaned. A family emergency leaves Charter 2 without Primaries, but four demanding guests prove to be just as challenging. An issue with the sail nearly sends Gary over the edge, but his mounting frustrations with Jean-Luc push him even further, so Gary demands a bunk swap. When a guest wakes up with a fever, the crew worries about the fate of their season.
Barrie'd Alive
The Parsifal crew is on edge waiting for the results to an important test. But when night falls, they make good use of their unexpected time off with a naughty game of Truth or Dare. When Sydney notices that flirtations between Alli and Gary are heating up, she takes matters into her own hands… but the results aren't what she expected. Alli receives a life-changing phone call. The third charter of the season gets underway, and a high-maintenance modern family sends the crew into a tailspin. Tensions between the interior and exterior simmer as Daisy and the stews stews rush to keep up with a slew of non-stop drink orders while the deck team drags their feet on offering relief. Natasha hits the skids with a dinner service that leaves everyone feeling uncomfortable.
Hollandaze and Bustiers
Natasha stays motivated but finds it nearly impossible to keep the galley afloat as Primary Barrie gives her hell at each meal. Gary can't get any one-on-one time with Alli with Sydney hovering nearby. A beach picnic turns into a fiasco when the tender breaks, leaving nine guests stranded on shore. Natasha and Daisy can't see eye-to-eye on how to serve the guests, and the department heads nearly come to blows over a hollandaise sauce mishap. A series of heart-to-hearts have Dani considering Jean-Luc as a viable romantic option. Despite some reluctance, the deck team wigs out and puts on a drag show that has the guests raving.
Throuple Trouble
Daisy remains at odds with Gary and Natasha, feeling a lack of support from all directions. When Parsifal arrives in the picturesque port of Hvar, Captain Glenn and the deck team have to move quickly to pull off a challenging docking. Daisy jumps through hoops to plan an extravagant proposal for Barrie and Scott. Flirtations between Dani and Jean-Luc continue to build. A lunch service under sail sends plates flying, but Natasha rallies and finally gets a compliment from the particular primary, Barrie. A tense tip meeting puts everyone on the defensive. And a drunken, late-night skinny-dipping session sends Gary, Alli, and Sydney overboard.
The Scorning After
After a late-night skinny-dipping escapade, Sydney goes all-in on Gary. The fallout is out of control, as emotions run high on a hangover-filled morning, and Alli is pushed to her breaking point. A rowdy group of returning guests spells trouble for the crew. Dani and Jean-Luc get more intimate during the wee hours of the night shift, and Sydney notices Jean-Luc's work is suffering as a result. Natasha goes head-to-head with her number one nemesis: eggs. But when Daisy offers Natasha some constructive criticism, the chef goes over the edge.
Cake Shock
Natasha is frustrated with Daisy's constructive criticism, so she whips up a show-stopping dessert that has the guests raving and leaves Daisy speechless. Gary and Colin play blackjack croupiers for the guests. But it's all fun and games until JL leaves Colin high and dry. Sydney gets frustrated as Gary puts the hot pursuit on Alli. But the crew really splinters when a smoke break gone wrong leads to the violent death of an innocent cake.
Panic on a Track
The crew tries to shake off hangovers and hurt feelings after a divisive night out. The deckies spring into action when a surge of wind pushes Parsifal toward the dock. Dani contemplates her future and has a panic attack while under sail. Meanwhile, Colin receives heartbreaking news from home. Alli feels the pressure to address Sydney's dirty laundry in more ways than one. The crew climbs a dizzying amount of stairs to pull off a scenic cocktail hour at the top of an ancient Croatian tower. But when the guests get overheated, not even an urgent request from Gary can pull Jean-Luc away from his dinner.
Knotty Knotty
The interior pulls off a murder mystery dinner for the guests that leaves Glenn puzzled. An anchor tangle threatens to hold up the guests' departure and separate Jean-Luc from his hands. The crew enjoys a picturesque night out, but Sydney's view is ruined by Gary and Alli openly expressing their affections at the table. Back on the boat, Jean-Luc and Gary argue about deck work while Dani and Alli take matters - and each other - into their own hands. Despite an unexpected love affair, the night ends with Alli and Sydney waging war.
Crash Boom Bang!
The crew is excited to enjoy a much-need day off together, but things get touchy when the couples' PDA goes on full display. Amidst the lovers vs non-lovers quarrel, Sydney drops bombs that re-ignite Daisy and Gary's interior vs exterior feud. While at the dock, high winds blow Parsifal straight into the dock. Glenn and the deck team scramble to bring the boat to safety, and Gary comes to the rescue in a big way. Just as the crew thinks they have things under control they smash into the dock a second time!
Total Ship Show
Glenn reels in the aftermath of the boat crash. After assessing the damage, the crew does their best to get the boat - and their mindset - into charter-ready condition… but a high-maintenance group of female guests only sends the crew further into a spiral. A thunderstorm threatens the guests' first dinner, and Natasha only adds to the chaos when she suddenly decides to remove courses from the dinner menu, leaving the guests hungry for more. When Jean-Luc reveals to Dani that he may have given her an STD, things really get turbulent.
Nip N Slide
The cat fight continues as the guests gut each other over lunch. Later that night, Daisy pulls together a mermaid-themed dinner while Jean-Luc dons glittery leggings and serves himself up as dessert. Alli makes a difficult decision that leaves Gary reeling. Sydney is tasked with writing a song about women's empowerment, and Colin offers to orchestrate. Things get awkward when the primary overhears Alli complaining about her mom and informs Glenn of the indiscretion. At a perilous beach picnic, the rosé runs dry, and as the Parsifal crew begins to crack, Glenn's frustration boils over.
No Shirt, No Clue, Big Problems
Tired of his crew making simple mistakes, Captain Glenn keeps an unwavering eye on them. A Women's Empowerment Dinner takes a strange turn when the women involved can't stop tearing each other down. Sydney and Colin bring the mood back up when they perform an original song for the guests. An evening sail catches Natasha off guard, and she never quite catches back up. Dani and JL get serious about where their relationship is heading but questions still linger. Gary takes a swing and whiffs on an attempt to get Alli back and then doubles down on more bad decisions.
Sexual Heeling
An awkward jacuzzi party ends in a screaming match that Daisy tries but fails to mediate. Jean-Luc plans a romantic date for Dani. And when Captain Glenn announces that a last-minute charter is coming aboard, the Parsifal crew goes into a tailspin.
Last Call For Parsifal!
A charter group of super-yachties arrives, and the Parsifal crew is anxious about being judged by their peers. But as the guests get boozed up, the Parsifal crew contemplates getting down, and Captain Glenn keeps a worried eye on his party-hardy team. After the charter, the final night out takes place at a picturesque castle, where Daisy reveals a secret that sets fireworks off in all directions. Back on the boat, the crew forgoes fighting for festivities, as Gary turns the hot tub into a wet and wild bubble bash. Most of the crew says their good-byes, but Natasha, Gary, Alli, and Sydney stay aboard to help Glenn with an ocean crossing. The drama doesn't stop even though the season is over.
