he Alfred Jackson Girls have been sacked from the Folies Bergere, and not even Marcel could persuade a very disappointed Bluebell to look for further work in Paris.

Bluebell was flattered to be asked back to the Folies Bergere with her own dancers but soon found herself out of work again after falling foul of the star of the show, the notorious Mistinguett. Now a chance visit to the cinema changes her life.

The Bluebell Girls have become a sensational success all over Europe and Bluebell and Marcel have at last been able to marry. But war threatens to destroy everything they have achieved.

Having failed to escape from France before the German occupation, Bluebell has been arrested and interned as an enemy alien.

With the help of the Resistance, Marcel has escaped from the concentration camp. But now he is being sought by both the French police and the German Gestapo, and Bluebell fears for the safety of them all as the net closes in.

Although the stars aren't judged on their voices, they'll still need to give their best performance – the audience's least favourite will be eliminated, before the panel try to guess their identity and unmask them.
