Season 3
In the wake of Inspector Peter Dunlop's death, Megan returns to work to find her new partner is an old flame. Will her history with Detective Tommy Sullivan make working side by side impossible? Their search for justice becomes even more personal when a serial killer takes Megan's daughter, Lacey, hostage.

Abducted (1)
In the Season 3 premiere, it's months after Peter's death and Megan returns to work, only to learn she's been teamed with a detective with whom she has a past history. She, Det. Sullivan and his rookie partner are up against a serial killer who targets young war veterans. The stakes become higher after she gets a call from the killer and is told he's holding her teenage daughter, Lacey, hostage.

Abducted (2)
Megan discovers why the serial killer targeted war veterans, but must keep the information to herself or risk the life of her daughter, who is being held hostage by the assassin. Meanwhile, the DA has a run-in with Kate.

Lost Souls
A murder being investigated by Megan and Tommy appears to be the result of child abuse, but the victim's parents claim their daughter was possessed and the devil killed her, and that he is now zeroing in on their other daughter.

Mob Mentality
After his son is gunned down, a New York City mob boss threatens revenge, and when an early suspect is found dead, Megan and her team begin to believe the carnage has just begun.

Eye for an Eye
While investigating a double murder committed by a vigilante killer, Megan questions a grief counselor who offers his services to help with issues concerning her father's suicide.

Fallen Angel
Kate becomes involved with a man she met at a political event, but when a young Russian girl is found dead, she suspects that he may have something to do with the murder, and looks to Megan for help.

Skin and Bones
A murder victim's rabid neighbor bites Tommy, and after another rabies fatality, Megan calls on the new health commissioner to aid in their investigation.

Doubting Tommy
At a crime scene where a young girl was murdered, Megan finds Tommy covered in blood and unable to remember what transpired. As evidence against him mounts, Megan appears to be his only hope of proving his innocence.

Disappearing Act
A fund manager on trial for defrauding a billion dollars is kidnapped as he is leaving court, despite being surrounded by security, and during the escape, a protester is killed by the getaway vehicle. Later, video surfaces of the captive being murdered, but there are questions about whether he is really dead.

Committed
After a teenage girl is murdered in a mental institution, Megan and Tommy interview a seemingly sane young patient who claims that she saw the killer and that she was the actual target, not the victim.

Dark City
A plane crashes in Philadelphia after a passenger opens fire, and the entire team pitch in to work the disaster. With the city's main power grid affected by the crash, Megan must conduct autopsies in between blackouts, and during one of them, a body goes missing. Meanwhile, Tommy and Adam get in a serious car accident.

Breakout
After a murder suspect escapes from a prison-transport van, a witness in his trial turns up dead, and while Megan is investigating, the fugitive makes contact and tries to convince her that he's innocent and being framed.

Daddy Issues
Megan's father's exhumation uncovers more questions about what she always believed was a suicide, and her mother suggests she examine his patient files for clues about his death and that of a patient.
