The series focuses more on the nearly 77,000 colleagues that work on the airfield and in the terminals and who are now trying to keep Heathrow in prime position more than ever. As the popular king and queen of Heathrow's passenger experience managers - Demi and Sue - deal with a new array of passenger conundrums, we also go behind the scenes of Britain's biggest border for the first time.

Episode 2
Demi and Sue wrestle with a drunk in Terminal 2, and Kat and Bob come across a visitor whose reason for entering the UK doesn't add up.

Episode 3
It's half term and some rich Russian kids are returning home from British boarding schools, and there's trouble when a mobile crane enters a live airfield.

Episode 4
The staff at Heathrow battle the elements when the Beast from the East arrives, and a potential people trafficker is flagged to Border Force.

Episode 5
Border Force pull over a businessman declaring a large sum of money in cash, and there's love in the air with a blind date in Terminal 5.

Episode 6
Royals and celebrities feature in the final episode of the series, with Terminal 5 receiving a very special visitor, leaving Buggy Driver Carlo starstruck. British Airways have a new robot on the airfield and Border Force release the hounds in search of dirty money.
