Parking Mad
The daily battles for parking spaces across Britain. Cameras return to Weston-super-Mare to see whether the civil traffic enforcement officers have managed to turn the tide of public opinion since they were introduced two years ago. An angry parker and his brother turn the air blue in Edinburgh as they try to find a space for Burns Night, while a bodybuilder enrages his girlfriend and angry parents by parking in a child-and-baby space, arguing he is too big to squeeze out of his car in a standard bay.

Nerves of Steel
A nervous driver who has spent ú2,000 on driving lessons cannot pass her test as she is unable to park, and a resident in Hackney sparks a space revolution, turning parking spots into little gardens. Meanwhile in the city of Bradford, a man has made it his mission to hit the streets and make parking free.

Meanwhile, mother and daughter Lowri and Bethan in Cardiff struggle to find a parking space on the day of a big rugby match, and residents of Basildon are angered about a private parking company that has issued over a thousand fines in a single month.
