When a young public defender is murdered while investigating the smuggling of illegal aliens, Bronk faces a threat to his life to prove that his police department is not

The murder of the young activist attorney enrages the Mexican community he has served since the people believe that the police had him killed. the mass deaths of illegally imported aliens are uncovered, Bronk's investigation pits him against a ruthless gang running a wholesale illegal and inhumane human pipeline across the Mexican border.
