Taniya and Shane head to Denver to surprise a program director at Colorado Village Collaborative, which shelters people experiencing homelessness. With help from Lowe's, the team works on a space for members and tackles this local hero's residence.

Taniya and Shane visit a selfless hero who helps adults with disabilities at Anthesis in Ontario, California. With support from Lowe's, the team renovates her home and redesigns a space to help enrich the non-profit's community programs.

Taniya and Shane travel to Washington, DC, to meet the Chief Program Officer at Horton's Kids, an organization that provides essential services to local children. With help from Lowe's, the team renews her home and the organization's new headquarters.

Taniya and Shane head south to help a selfless hero at Hope Haven, an organization dedicated to serving those affected by substance-use disorders. Discovering this hero's house is in a flood zone, the team is confronted with their biggest challenge yet.
