Buddy and his bakers get called by the Ringling Brothers circus to create a special cake, complete with a ring of fire. Grace is ecstatic when Buddy gets a call to make a cake for Rachel Ray's fifth wedding anniversary and that she would like to visit the bakery. Buddy turns to Mauro for help in creating a special stork cake for Lisa for when they announce the pending arrival of their fourth child.
Shark Cake, Scooter, & Smelly Fish
Buddy makes a great white shark cake for a fisherman; he also makes a Vespa birthday cake for Madeline and Mauro, whose birthdays are close to each other.
Hot Air Balloon Cake & Happy Little Bakers
Buddy makes a special cake for the Make-A-Wish Foundation; he also plays host to four girls who rely on Make-A-Wish to make their common dream come true -- they all want to be bakers. But it's Buddy's brother in law Joey who has a special connection -- his daughter was also a Make-A-Wish kid.

A local plumber wants Buddy to mike a life size toilet that actually flushes to commemorate the anniversary his family business. Buddy has an unusual request for a baby shower cake: a layer cake with the texture and various colors of denim.

Buddy showcases pride in his Italian heritage by making a tribute cake for the Columbus Day Parade with a cake so big it needs a forklift to lift it! Lisa and Buddy get her six month ultrasound but will the news be okay?

A man wants Buddy to make a special snow globe cake for when he proposes to his girlfriend in Central Park. Buddy's daughter Sophia's class is having a special reading is fun party and he makes a cake for it, based on a story she wrote based on the school's mascot. Meanwhile Buddy's wife Lisa has a scare when she is rushed to the hospital with contractions.
Pucks, Pasteries and Pushy Grace
With Buddy's fourth child Carlo born, Buddy decides to leave simple baked goods such as cookies to the staff while he concentrates on the complex cakes, so he can spend more time with his kids; however, Grace oversteps her boundaries, as she attempts to make herself the "Cake Boss" in Buddy's absence. Also, Buddy makes a table hockey game cake for a B'nai Mitzvah.
Staten Island Chuck, Strange Oddities and Sal
Buddy and his crew make a massive cake in celebration of Groundhog Day for Staten Island Chuck. They also make an upside-down cake -- which was a multi-tiered cake literally assembled upside down -- for a little girl's Ripley's Believe It or Not! birthday party. Also, the family pay their respects for Sal, who died on January 30th, 2011.
Punches, Psychics & Piping
Buddy makes a cake for WWE star Santino Marella, for a promotion for the upcoming WrestleMania XXVII; he also makes a cake for a psychic. Grace also becomes a control freak when the bakers were unable to make pastries just right.
Designer, Deadlines & Diagnosis
Fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi commissions Buddy to make seven fashion-inspired cakes that models will carry down the runway. Later, Buddy checks on construction of his new factory. And finally, Buddy visits the doctor and finds out he needs surgery.
Tulips, Taxes & Take It Easy
Buddy's doctor advises him to take it easy and not lift anything heavy in advance of his hernia surgery; however, Buddy does not know the meaning of "take it easy". The crew makes a cake for the Philadelphia Flower Show, but in order to get the flowers just right, Buddy turns to outside help to assist. The guys also make a special cake for Buddy's accountant friend, to celebrate the coming end of tax season; however, on account of his hernia, the cake may be more taxing on Buddy.
Second Anniversary, Surgery and St. Paddy
Buddy undergoes surgery for his hernia; in his absence, he had Mauro take over making the cakes. Mauro's first assignment -- making a second anniversary cake for a gay couple, who previously had their wedding cake made by Buddy (in the first season episode "Weddings, Water and Wacked!"). Also, Buddy was made Grand Marshal of Hoboken's St. Patrick's Day parade; however, Joey was jealous, as Buddy is not Irish.
Space Shuttle, Stepping Up & Surprise!
Buddy takes his mother on her first visit to the new factory to show her around, where he discusses the fact that the new factory represents his personal dream, just as the original bakery was his father's dream -- this inspired Buddy to make a special birthday cake for her, in the same style and fashion as how his father had done in the past, which literally says what he and the employees say about her. Later, Buddy makes a special cake for the Kennedy Space Center in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Space Shuttle program.
Houses, Help, & Hitting the Road!
Buddy takes on one of his most difficult cake builds, creating a cake that must represent houses from around the world for Century 21's 40th anniversary. To add to the challenge, it must also feed over 4000 employees and deliver to Las Vegas.
Headphones, Helicopters, & Handcuffed
Buddy makes a surprise cake for Anthony that looks like a DJ set up complete with lights and moving turntables! Meanwhile, a client stops by with a request to create a cake for their medivac unit and offers Buddy a chance to deliver it by helicopter.
A Big Bumblebee & a Bossy Grace
Buddy is asked to create a giant Bumblebee cake to help promote the blockbuster movie Transformers 3 and the all new Camaro that will be on display at the New York Auto Show. Meanwhile, Grace is left in charge of the bakery.
Competition, Complications, & Communion
Parkway Lanes hires Buddy to make a cake commemorating the 40th anniversary of their bowling alley. The owners allow Buddy to get his old bowling team back together and bowl; however, Mary decides to get in on the action and creates her own team in a men vs. women match -- the loser gets to cut the cake. Also: Buddy's daughter, Sofia is turning eight and Buddy makes a cake for her communion. Meanwhile, trouble arises at the new factory over wiring, delaying construction.
Bugs, Break Ups & Burned-out
An entomologist wants Buddy to make a cake for his bug club; also, he wants a cake made of bugs – for his bug club members to eat. Also: Buddy makes a cake for a woman who's celebrating the breakup with her boyfriend. Then, Joey, who is stressed out after holding two jobs at once, is faced with a decision on deciding what job is more important – his firefighter job or his job as head baker.
Moving Cake, Marbles & Mess Ups
A veteran go-kart driver wanted a cake made for the championships, so Buddy makes a cake in a shape of a go-kart, actual size, but Buddy wanted to go the extra mile by making it drivable. Also: Buddy makes a cake for a friend of Joey's father, a former marbles champion, who's becoming 101 years old.
Cheeseburgers, Cures & a Challenge
In honor of National Hamburger Month, a nearby bar owner has requested that Buddy make a special burger cake for a hamburger party he's planning on throwing. Hoboken's American Cancer Society chapter is having its annual Relay for Life fundraiser and turn to Buddy and the bakers at Carlo's to make a large cake to serve at the event.
Campfire, Computers and a Concern
Buddy's sister Maddalena does a cake consultation for a friend who wants a camping themed cake. She soon gets in hot water after promising to incorporate a campfire on it. Another friend stops by, looking for Buddy to make a technology cake with a working computer on it for conference that his company will be hosting. After walking through the new factory, Joey shares his concerns that the new ovens aren't working right.
Prize Cow, Pop-Tarts & Patience
Buddy and a couple of his bakers arrive at a nearby dairy farm, where the dairyman has a request to make a life-sized cow cake to celebrate his favorite cow's birthday. A family arrives at the bakery with a request for Buddy to make a special cake for their son, who is feeling homesick for his old friends after his family moved to Hoboken.
Chandelier Cake & A Christening
Buddy is asked to create one of his most challenging cakes yet -- an edible chandelier cake that must hang upside down! Meanwhile, it's Baby Carlo's Christening and Buddy's pulling out all the stops to make it special.
Paleontology & Popping the Question
Buddy gets an unusual request from a client: the curator of a nearby science museum would like a dinosaur-shaped cake to celebrate his upcoming wedding. Meanwhile, Buddy comes up with an over the top way to celebrate his 10th wedding anniversary with Lisa: he and the kids proposing on top of the roof of the new cake factory.
State Fair, Syracuse Bound & Special Anniversary
Buddy and the crew are commissioned by the State Fair Meadowlands to make a cake to celebrate its 25th anniversary with a Ferris wheel as the focal point. Grace and Joey's son Robert got accepted to Syracuse University, Joey and Buddy make a special Syracuse-themed cake to serve at a special celebration. Meanwhile Lisa attempts to get some information on what kind of vow renewal Buddy has in store for their anniversary.
Transport Troubles & Two Brides
The owner of a Rolls Royce dealership from Chicago requests that Buddy make a special cake with the city skyline and the Willis Tower as the focal point to commemorate its grand opening. Buddy gets a request from a same-sex couple in Long Island to celebrate their upcoming wedding. Buddy asks Grace to head up the renovation of Carlo's Bakery.
A Funny Regis & Fifty Weddings
Talk show host Regis Philbin stops by Carlo's to learn how to decorate cakes from the Boss himself. Meanwhile, a bride requests a wedding cake to celebrate her 50th wedding! Finally, Joey gets a visit from his old fire chief about his future.
Bees, Beware & Business
Carlo's is all abuzz this week when Buddy makes a giant behive cake made with real honey! Later, Buddy gets a request from a wife who wants to prank her unsuspecting husband. Finally, all jokes are put aside when Grace and Buddy get down to business.
Chocolate Race Cars & Choosing a Dress
Racecar superstar Danica Patrick stops by Carlo's with a special request and Buddy has the perfect cake for the job. Meanwhile, Lisa's vow renewal plans are speeding along. Next stop -- Kleinfeld's as Lisa and the sisters try to find the perfect dress.
Spirits & Spumoni
Buddy goes on a ghost hunt at the new cake factory when a new client comes in, requesting a Jersey Devil cake. Now that they're expanding the bakery, Buddy and Joey decided to start making some of their "old school" Italian recipes by beginning with a spumoni ice cream cake.
Coffins, Costumes and a Cake on a Gurney
Buddy makes what could be one of the most unusual cakes ever -- a man in a coffin for a group of "vampires", and they prefer Danny to be model for the dead man. Meanwhile, a medical student requests a cake for a marriage proposal to a fellow student, which he plans to make in the ER ward at a local hospital.

Carlo's Bakery is bubbling over this week when Buddy makes a washing machine cake for Tide. Will it be a wash-out? Also, a young couple asks Buddy to make them a gender reveal cake. Finally, Lisa's going crazy from the vow renewal secrets!
Props, Pies & Party Time!
Maurizio is turning 21! Watch the guys put together a huge tiki bar, complete with a drink-serving volcano for his surprise party. Later, a movie crew needs Buddy to make a wedding cake that's going to be featured in a film.
Church Cake, Carats and Castano's Pool Party
Buddy makes a church cake for Joey and Grace's 20th anniversary, a replica of the cake that they have when they got married. Later, Mauro makes a cake for a poolside party for his son's 12th birthday. Also: Buddy and Lisa shop for rings for their vow renewal ceremony.

Buddy is asked to make the most expensive cake in his career -- a diamond cake with pearls. But can the sisters be trusted with so much bling? Later, Buddy thanks his construction staff with a good old BBQ and Grace starts her redecorating project.
Cake Block, Cruise & a Carlo's Ceremony
Buddy makes a cake to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Disney Cruise Line's ship, the Disney Dream; the ship also serves as a venue for Buddy and Lisa's cruise to the Bahamas, where they will renew their vows, but when rain threatens to put a damper on the beachside ceremony, Buddy comes up with a plan to save the ceremony. Naturally, Buddy makes his own cake for the ceremony; however, he ended up suffering from mental block when he could not create an appropriate design for the cake.
Touchdowns & Tattoos
Buddy appears on Dan Patrick's radio show, to announce that he is making a Heisman Trophy cake for a special gala charity event, where Buddy meets one of his favorite football players, Vinny Testaverde. Also, Mauro gets a tattoo to show his love for his wife, Maddeline, in celebration of their 20th anniversary; Ami James and the crew from NY Ink guest star. Finally, Marissa Lopez, the winner of Season 2 of Next Great Baker (which preceded this episode), started her first day working for Buddy, helping him decorate the Heisman Trophy cake, and learning that "all work and no play" does not strictly apply at Carlo's Bakery.
