Season six kicks off just as Hurricane Sandy begins to hit Carlo's; after the storm barrels through, Buddy and the crew reconvene to determine the damage sustained to the store; the crew tries to get orders out while working with no electricity.

Welcome Back Robin!
Buddy is given the honor of making a cake for returning "Good Morning America" anchor Robin Roberts after her extended medical leave; Mauro makes a cake for a spinning instructor who wants to honor a friend and mentor.

Cake Smash
Buddy makes a life-size wedding dress cake for a local bridal shop and the owners are giving away a free wedding dress to the bride who can find the golden coin hidden inside; Buddy creates colorful cakes for a cake smash photo shoot.

Sugary Slopes
The crew works on a special cake for the Windham Mountain ski resort, which resembles a ski slope with a working chair lift; later, Buddy challenges the gang on a down-slope snowboard race, where the loser gets pelted with snowballs. Paul starts work at the bakery, to the discomfort of his Next Great Baker teammate, Ashley; but Buddy reminds both that the job should not be treated as a competition. And: Lisa and the kids make a cake for Buddy's birthday.

Rebuilds & Raw Fish
Buddy and his bakers are called upon to make a special cake for a Rebuild Hoboken fundraising gala after Hurricane Sandy. A Japanese restaurant owner comes by for a consultation, looking to make a sushi boat cake to celebrate a special pair of customers and their family.

Seeing Double
Buddy has a meeting with disagreeing twins about what kind of birthday cake to make for their mother. Buddy and his crew are getting their new location in Ridgewood, NJ ready by creating several varieties of birthday cakes that are available to order.

Snowed Out
A new bakery's grand opening is threatened by a possible blizzard. Mary fields an order for an action-hero volcano cake, but needs Ralph's help to lead the design process.

Buddy is asked to make a glow-in-the-dark zombie cake for a fashion show. With limited supplies, a family's on the spot request for a specialty cake puts Buddy to the test.

Muscles and Marriage
Buddy builds a life-size cake for a female bodybuilder; Mauro goes undercover to help with a surprise proposal at the bakery.

Buddy makes an Easter-basket cake for a local charity; Momma comes home for a visit and a checkup.

Buddy and his team are tasked to make a special cake for the United States Navy for their annual submarine ball. Mauro is challenged to make a cake for a girl's Bat Mitzvah where the girl, her mother, and grandmother all have different ideas for how the will be designed.

To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of a summer camp for kids, Buddy is asked to make a cake that pops out from inside another cake.
