Cardfight!! Vanguard - Season 4

Aichi is nowhere to be found, but what`s even more frustrating for Kai is that no one remembers him, not even his own family! Have Aichi`s other friends totally forgotten about him or are there still glimmers of memory that can be unearthed? Determined to find out, Kai fights Naoki... for the first time?!

Now two people remember the otherwise-forgotten Aichi: Kai and Naoki. Can they succeed in reviving Misaki`s memories through a Vanguard fight? And what is the secret of Kai`s new move, Legion?

Only Kai, Naoki, and Misaki remember Aichi and they vow to find him, but are stumped. But then Morris, an enigmatic steward, appears in front of Naoki. As Morris engages in a Cardfight with Naoki, he tries to use the latter`s anxiety to win the fight and throw him into despair. But who is Morris and his unseen master?

Kai continues his quest to find more "mates" who will remember Aichi`s existence. Next up is Miwa, who`s known Aichi since the first time he stepped into Card Capital. In order to jolt Miwa`s memories, Kai tries to re-enact his first epic battle with Aichi!

The small group of Cardfighters who remember Aichi need one more member before they begin their search for him. Will Kamui be the one? Even though he should be satisfied in this "new world," he feels like something is missing. Naoki takes Kamui on to get him to remember, but Kamui just can`t seem to recall the fighter he once admired...

While chasing down a clue about Aichi`s disappearance at Psy, Kai meets Olivier Gaillard of the mysterious group Quatre Knights. Gaillard wants Kai to forget all about Aichi... and, as they fight, he claims that he represents Aichi`s will!

The wounded Kai tries to warn his mates about the Quatre Knights who are hunting them down, but it`s too late. Ishida is confronted by another member, Neve. Ishida is confident at first, since he`s already beaten the Knight named Moress, but then Neve encloses them inside his Steel Wall Prison, a place that can do real physical damage to the loser of a Cardfight!

Kai decides to continue the quest for Aichi and face the Quatre Knights on his own so his friends won`t get hurt or worse, but Kamui stands in his way. Kamui and the others are willing to brave danger for Aichi`s sake, whatever Kai says. Kamui throws down the gauntlet to begin an epic card fight over their future course of action.

Kamui and Misaki go to the airport to meet the jetsetting Koutei for info on the Quatre Knights, but why doesn`t he remember his old friends and rivals? Then, two more international Vanguard fighters show up. Are they the other two ultra-powerful members of Quatre Four?

It`s Misaki`s turn to fight one of the Quatre Knights! Her opponent is Rati, who acts like a lightweight, but is a seriously powerful fighter. Misaki feels stronger because of the bond of friendship with Aichi, but Rati claims that`s just an illusion! Judgment awaits inside the Fairy Masquerade Prison!

Will Kamui be able to break the mates` losing streak against the Quatre Knights, or will Judgment come down upon him, too? The only way to get to the not-so-long-lost Aichi is confirmed for Misaki and Kamui. Meanwhile, perhaps persistence will pay off when Kai visits Ren once more to ask about Aichi!

Ren definitely knows more than he`s telling about Aichi and the Quatre Knights, but the only way Kai can get any information is by beating Ren in a Cardfight. Will Ren shut down Kai and his mates or will they get their first valuable clue to Aichi`s whereabouts?

Kai and his fellow mates continue the search for Aichi. They follow up on the clue that Ren gave them, arriving at a Stonehenge-esque like location in Japan. Among the ancient ruins, Ishida fights Gaillard, and when that battle royale is over, another opponent appears, one who startles them all!

Kourin materializes next to Gaillard, but this former friend of Kai and the gang is now their ardent enemy. As Kai battles Kourin, she not only reveals herself to be one of Aichi`s current "guardians," but also shares a shocking truth that none of the Card Capital regulars want to hear!

Kai and friends decide the only way they can get strong enough to defeat the Quatre Knights is through intensive training... but who is both strong enough, available, and willing to train them? Leon Souryu! So they travel to Leon`s isolated island, where an important lesson is waiting for Ishida.

As the intensive training retreat continues on Leon`s island, Ishida and Kamui keep making progress, but the wind seems to have been taken out of Kai`s sails. Will Kai recover, or instead listen to his old friend and give up the search altogether?

Ishida discovers the gateway to the Quatre Knights` base... which means Aichi must be there! Although it may be a trap, Ishida and the gang step right up... and learn more of Aichi`s circumstances as well as the serious consequences of losing a fight in their "sanctuary"!

Will Ishida be the first person to take down one of the Quatre Knights? Or will he be the first to lose his memories of Aichi all over again? Both Kai and the gang and the rest of the Quatre Knights anxiously awaiting the outcome!

Miwa is in a hurry to get to Aichi, but his path is blocked by one of the Quatre Knights... Philip Neve! Even though the two of them fight one another fiercely, Miwa seems to be overwhelmed by the size of Neve`s burdens. What is the bitter, hidden past of Neve, the steel warrior?!

Rati claims that everything on Earth is a mirage. The only things important to her are the world of Cray and Aichi, who protected that land. Sparks fly when she has a fateful rematch with Misaki.

Kamui is on his own when he`s confronted by the master of blue flames, Olivier Gaillard. As the two fight, Kamui`s passionate feelings overwhelm Gaillard, but the Quatre Knight also has a good reason to be protective of Aichi...

Gaillard swore absolute allegiance to Aichi and is more passionate about it than the others. The story of how he became one of the Quatre Knights is revealed here, and his battle with Kai runs its fateful course... to an unexpected conclusion!

Serra`s treachery awakens Aichi from the seals, but it`s not the Aichi Kai and the others want to meet! Meanwhile, Kai, Naoki, and Gaillard are trapped in Serra`s ice prison, while the traitorous Quatre Knight dupes Neve into fighting a possessed Aichi!

Aichi is possessed by the "seed" form of Link Joker! The duplicitous Serra has tricked noble Neve into fighting Aichi. The new Link Joker deck has the Quatre Knight on the ropes, but Neve is as clever as he is honorable.

Ren and Leon come to Kai`s rescue, but why did they refuse Aichi`s request to join the Quatre Knights? Meanwhile, Rati is the last person standing between Serra and Aichi. If she fails, Aichi and the Link Joker seed within him will be fully released from the seals...

Quatre Knights traitor and evil mastermind Serra is all set to fight Aichi in his weakened condition in a bid to host the powerful Link Joker seed, but he`s interrupted at the last second by Kai and company. Gaillard feels responsible and steps up to stop his former comrade, but can anyone beat Serra when he uses his true Link Joker deck, with Omega Locks?

Gaillard is the only remaining person who can protect Aichi from the traitorous Knight, Serra. But can even a fighter of Gaillard`s caliber beat the odds with three units permanently locked?

With Raul Serra out of the way, the truce between Team Kai and the Quatre Knights is over! To protect Aichi, Kourin steps up to face her former friends. Ishida fights her Link Joker deck with his best deck yet, and he argues that they all belong back home.

On behalf of the Quatre Knights, Gaillard apologizes to Aichi for letting him down, but asks for one more chance to beat Kai and company so that Aichi and the Link Joker force within him can be sealed away again. Kai battles the prince of bluish flames, but between unleashing Link Joker again and locking Aichi away forever, can there really be a winner?

At long last, Kai faces off against Aichi! But if Kai loses, he, Ren, Leon, and Naoki will become the new Quatre Knights to watch over a sealed Aichi! On top of that, Aichi whips out his powerful, corrupted avatar... Blaster Joker!

The ultimate battle between Kai and Aichi ends here! Kai vows to seal himself away if he wins and the Link Joker seed moves to him. Is there a way out of this vicious cycle?!

A year has passed since Aichi and company returned from the moonbase sanctuary. Aichi and Naoki are going to be seniors, while Kai, Misaki, and others are graduating. What lies in their future? What paths will they choose? Aichi is dying to ask Kai those questions, but can`t seem to find him...

Aichi and the gang`s last hurrah! Following Kai and Misaki`s high school graduation ceremonies, Card Capital plays host to a shop tournament that draws all of the local Cardfighters, and then some. Plus a preview of the next generation of Cardfighters!
