The couple is looking for the perfect home that can accommodate many visitors, while hopefully leaving enough room in the budget for a boat.

Tired of the oppressive heat in Arizona, Ken and Jen are ready to find a more temperate climate on St. Croix. As a helicopter pilot, Ken dreams of having enough space to build his own hangar. The couple is looking for the perfect open-concept, move-in ready house with enough yard space for their dogs and a chopper.

Marie visited Jamaica as a child and instantly fell in love with the island. After battling Canadian winters with three small children for far too long, she's eager to make her childhood dream come true. Marie hopes to find a house in Montego Bay with a large backyard for playtime, as well as a rental unit to help pay bills while she runs her online business from paradise.

Shawna and Chris first came to St. John for a friend's wedding and instantly fell in love with the island. By chance, they found a rental car company for sale in Cruz Bay and leapt at the chance to make a new life for themselves on the island. While they learn the ropes at their new business, they're also looking for a move-in-ready home with an ocean view that's also close to work.

The couple and their son, Aaron, are passionate about scuba diving and love the crystal clear water surrounding the island of Curacao.
