Nancy Cordes and Robert Costa analyze how effective these twin messages could be. Vice President Kamala Harris is set to accept her party's nomination on Day 2 of the DNC, but she'll do it virtually, as she and her running mate will be at a campaign stop in Wisconsin. Former President Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama are set to speak at the convention Tuesday night. Ed O'Keefe has more. Israel continued strikes in the Gaza strip as cease-fire talks continue in Qatar. At least 50 people were killed in Gaza on Tuesday as the bodies of six Israeli hostages were also recovered. Ramy Inocencio reports. When I-81 was constructed in the 1960s, it split through one of the nation's first public housing communities and separates it from more affluent neighborhoods in Syracuse, New York, to this day. But that stretch of road is set to be demolished, reconnecting the community to other parts of the city. Scott MacFarlane has the story. Recovery efforts are ongoing and six people remain missing after a superyacht sank off the southern tip of Italy. A severe thunderstorm hit around the time the boat sank, but questions remain about how such an advanced ship went down so quickly. Chris Livesay has more.
