The super star chefs are here! Sixteen celebrity chefs have accepted an invitation to come to the Chopped kitchen to compete in an extraordinary five-part event! In this premier competition, fan favorites from The Next Food Network Star battle it out to see which one can emerge victorious and move on to the finale for a chance at scoring $50,000 for a favorite charity. The first basket packs a punch, with pound cake and calves liver. Then, with an unusually bitter vegetable and a small game bird as mandatory ingredients in the second round, the competitors face a learning curve if they want the chance to face off in the dessert round. And when the two finalists find two dairy foods in the last basket, they set out to make creamy, dreamy winning dishes.
