In Jamaica's capital city, Clive learns some dancehall moves, samples Jamaican-Irish stout punch and learns why this island produces so many Olympic sprinters.

Episode 3
Clive heads to the busy Coronation Market, nestled in Downtown Kingston. He tries out his Jamaican patois, grabs some great street food and he hits the best reggae club in town.

Episode 4
Clive travels north to explore the former home of the novelist Ian Fleming. The Goldeneye estate on Oracabessa Bay is where the author wrote all 14 James Bond books.

Episode 5
Clive travels to the part of Jamaica where his parents grew up. He tries his hand at some unique island pottery, harvests honey in the hills and serves up curry goat for a family reunion.

Episode 6
Clive takes on a potential Olympic champion in the boxing ring, gets under the bonnet of a classic Chevy and bangs the drum for Cuban music.

Episode 7
Clive takes a motorcycle tour with Che Guevara's son, learns how to cook a feast under rationing, and stretches himself with a lesson in the art of ballet.

Clive helps some Cuban cowboys set up a unique race, finds out how farmers are fighting back against ever stronger hurricanes and learns how to roll the perfect cigar.

Clive gets his steps in as he learns to salsa dance with the locals, discovers the secrets that have kept this historic old city standing, and explores the dark history of sugar.

Clive builds his own bamboo raft to explore the rivers of Cuba's oldest city and helps prepare a meal at what's thought to be Cuba's only fully vegan restaurant.

Clive heads to the west coast of Barbados to find out why the country produces so many great cricketers before hitting the water to land a Caribbean catch for an island cookout.

On the east coast of Barbados, Clive checks out the world's oldest rum distillery, helps out on an organic farm, tries some cliff-top yoga and meets a Bajan spoken word poet.

Episode 13
Clive steps up to the plate on the baseball field in Santo Domingo. He meets artisans reviving traditional craftwork before making a seven-meat dish with one of the country's top chefs.

Episode 14
Every February, the city of La Vega bursts into life with loud and colourful street carnivals. Clive meets talented costume makers before suiting up for the parade.

Episode 15
Clive travels north and learns about the Jewish refugees that found shelter here during World War II, joins a merengue group and tries a Dominican drink with a racy reputation.
