Fredricka Whitfield will explore the impact of implicit biases in workplaces, schools, and communities and will also discuss how to bridge the gap of community policing and unconscious biases. Featured are live interviews with Dr. Robin DiAngelo, author of "White Fragility: Why It's So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism;" Mayor-Elect of Ferguson, Missouri Ella Jones with Captain Ron Johnson; and teacher and activist Jane Elliott, who discusses her "Blue eyes-Brown eyes" exercise, the construct of race, and what everyone can do in the fight against racism.
