Following years of political instability and a fractured relationship with the world's superpowers, Britain is a nation and government on the defensive, facing a major disaster without simple solutions. As the government scrambles to combat a new, invisible threat they are forced to question everything they thought they knew about their relationship with the rest of the world.

Episode 1
Prime Minister Robert Sutherland, his Chief of Staff Anna Marshall and new Home Secretary Joseph Obasi assemble the emergency committee "COBRA" to respond to a potentially explosive situation in Kent. As the situation in Kent takes a sudden and catastrophic turn for the worse, an unseen enemy chooses this time to strike from the shadows, with devastating consequences.
Episode 2
Following devastation in Kent and the cyber-attack which continues to jam communications, the Prime Minister convenes an emergency COBRA meeting. MI5 Head Eleanor James agrees the timing of the attack suggests Russian involvement, but counsels against inflaming the situation.
Episode 3
COBRA is assembled when fresh disaster strikes - a breach at Dover port means an insidious threat may be in play. As Sutherland is briefed by his team, the mission is set; intercept any trucks which made it through the breach, whilst avoiding mass panic.
Episode 4
Following the latest shocking discovery, the team scramble to understand what it means. It's clearly a message, but who is the sender? Meanwhile, Francine's TV attack on Lord Singer is met with delight by Labour leader Chris Edwards. It is also seized upon by online presence Firestorm, to Francine's discomfort.
Episode 5
Rachel Sutherland is dismayed by the fresh media assault on her reputation, but Robert is distracted - for somehow, Firestorm is back, and spreading misinformation about the water supply. Anna and Eleanor placate the seething PM, but when reports of new cyber attack chimes with Archie's theory that a proxy war is underway, he demands they hit back at Russian and Chinese targets.
Episode 6
Reeling from the events in Kent, the COBRA team are briefed by Eleanor on the nature of a sophisticated malware which has infected the UK's critical infrastructure. An urgent response is needed if they are to avoid total calamity, but with Anna gone and dissent rising amongst the ranks, Robert grapples to make the right decision.

The Traitors
Set in a remote castle in the Scottish Highlands and based on the wildly popular Dutch series of the same name, 5-time Emmy-nominated Alan Cumming plays host to twenty larger-than-life personalities (including reality A-listers and America's best game players) who come together to complete a series of challenges with the objective of earning a cash prize of up to $250,000. The catch? Three of the contestants coined "the traitors" will devise a plan to steal the prize from the other contestants coined "the faithful".
