Season 1
Episodes
Welcome to Eel Country
The spring eel season has arrived, but coastal Maine is still plagued by winter weather. The fishermen face challenges as frigid waters fill their familiar fishing holes, but the Maineiacs cash in to take an early lead.
Eel or No Eeel
Eel season is off to a lousy start due to cold weather, but tensions heat up between fishermen as they compete in close quarters for the scarce but pricey catch. With slow cash flow, the men are nervous about making ends meet for their families.
More Money, More Problems
The rivalry between fishermen intensifies as Grinder Lester resorts to voodoo to curse the Eelinators and help his team haul in nearly $16,000. The Maineiacs get Lee obsessed with video blogging. Rumors of robberies lead the fishermen to pack heat.
Elver Fever
Foul weather is no friend to fishermen as a cold snap hits coastal Maine. The Grinders copy the Eelinators' and try to recreate special nets that catch eels in deep water, but struggle with their knockoff. The Maineiacs convince Lee he has an eel disease.
Split Decisions
Halfway through the fishing season, the Eelinators go on the hunt for eels far from home and hit the jackpot. Stubborn Lester uses a didgeridoo to summon elvers into the Grinders' river. The Maineiacs get distracted by Lee's new pet baby squirrel.
Bangor or Bust
Rumors of huge hauls lure the teams to Bangor, where they battle for turf on a big river packed with fishermen. The Grinders and Maineiacs split on strategy and come up short, while the Eelinators score big, with Dana hauling $20,000 in one night.
Home Sweet Home
Beaten down by Bangor and back on home turf, the teams contend with the highest tide of spring, and scramble to catch with time running out. The Grinders reunite with the Royal River and rival Dana, while the Maineiacs chase eels off the beaten path.
Cashed Out
As the clock ticks down on eel season, the Maineiacs make risky choices while the Eelinators find new ways to bring in money, and the Grinders put CJ thru a final test. Only time will tell which team can call themselves the elver champions.

The three men use their sharp eyes and skills to assess the value of items from the commonplace to the truly historic, including a 16th-century samurai sword, a Super Bowl ring, a Picasso painting and a 17th-century stay of execution. It's up to them to determine what's real and what's fake, as they reveal the often surprising answer to the questions on everyone's mind, "What's the story behind it?" and "What's it worth?"
