In Edinburgh, American-born Gerald takes his guests Stateside with a menu of diner classics, but he soon finds himself on the back foot when finicky foodie Anthony gives his grub a grilling. Later there's Presidential name dropping, dubious doppelgangers and as the evening draws to a close, preening and pouting when the diners take part in a bizarre beauty pageant.

On the final night in Edinburgh, geography teacher Ashley hopes her magical evening of enchanted food will send her to the top of the leaderboard to secure the £1,000 prize. The soirée begins well with American Gerald, whose fear of mushed up peas is banished over the pea soup starter and even Anthony has his tastes changed when it comes to curried scallops. Fussy-eater Sharon, however has a few harsh words to share over her main of wild-caught trout, while museum worker Carmen enjoys a front row seat to the continued bickering between Anthony and Sharon.

Painter, decorator and security guard Michelle is the first host in south London, making her first ever attempt at a vegan dish as part of her pineapple paradise menu.

The diners get dressed up as celebrities as sales manager Mike, in full Elvis gear, hosts the second evening in south London and serves up three courses of Caribbean cuisine.

After two raucous evenings, Staar aims to chill her guests out with meditation, crystals and a menu of vegan dishes, hoping her earth mother vibes will put her in pole position.

Receptionist Linzey hosts the first dinner party in Durham, where she hopes to woo her guests with an evening of flirty fun and a date-night menu of food she loves to eat.

Teacher Rob takes charge in Durham, hoping to get top marks with a range of dishes based on different school lessons. But there's a surprise for the group when a new face turns up.

Third to host in Durham is events planner and staunch vegan Kate, who is hoping to win with a Roaring Twenties theme and a strictly vegan menu. But will the meat eaters be left wanting or will Kate's party planning skills see her schmooze her way to the top of the table?

In Durham, the fourth host is recruitment consultant and ex-trampolining pro Matthew, who hopes to impress his guests with an Ibiza-themed party, where Spanish food and full-on clubbing are on the menu. It remains to be seen whether Matthew - or Matty to his friends - finds his food fiesta and spot of impromptu flips and stretches successfully put his guests `in the mood".

The final host in Durham is 33-year-old health worker and big-time party girl Kenya, who's hoping to impress her guests with an East African menu, complete with safari theme. Kenya's wild nature has provided many memorable moments throughout the week, and she's looking to take that energy into the kitchen to put on an evening to remember.

Mum-of-two Kelly takes her guests on a Mexican adventure. What will accountant Marta, podiatrist Paula, parkour instructor Brad and supporting actor Sohan make of a fun-filled fiesta?

Nikki gets the evening off to a rapturous start and regales her guests with green-fingered fables, but Debs is less than impressed by a lack of limelight. Relations are strained as the conversation switches to matters of cosmetic surgery, but the mood is lifted with a kickabout in the garden - with a surprising star player saving the day.

The final host in Leamington Spa is lively administrative assistant Nikki, who's hoping that her musically themed menu will see her singing her way to the £1,000 prize. However, she puts her foot in it right from the start with publican Sis - likening her to a sloth. With tensions already running high with Debs, things take a turn for the awkward over mains when Nikki lets her real feelings out and things get heated around the table. Nikki cannot quite get her crowd going with her entertainment as she performs Man I Feel Like a Woman - even if it does get fellow ally Barry in the dancing mood.

This week's competition comes from in and around Manchester, where the first host is fishmonger Hayley, who is hoping to reel in her guests with a nautical-themed dinner party.

Restaurant manager Kam is the second to host in Manchester, hoping to impress with an evening of cheesy courses and sides of pizza combined with tattoo talk and rodeo rides.

Entertainment manager James hopes to blow his guests away with an evening inspired by his travels to Nashville, Tennessee, including finger food and an exercise class.

The penultimate host in and around Manchester is jeweller Angela, who's hoping to bedazzle her guests with a traditional all-Italian, tried-and-tested menu that's been passed down the generations for many years.

This week's final host in and around Manchester is business developer Nick, who's hoping that a menu inspired by his hero - Winston Churchill - will win his guests over.

This week's competition comes from in and around Liverpool. The first host is construction director David, who hopes to wow his guests with a menu inspired by Chinese takeaways.

Comedian Sarah is the second to host in and around Liverpool, where she opts for an evening of hearty soul food. At the table, guests are shocked to find out about the host's day job and even more shocked to hear how one diner's love of kebabs derailed a night of passion.

Singing hairdresser Steph hosts the third dinner party of the competition and attempts to win over her guests with some Spanish food.

The penultimate host in and around Liverpool is coffee shop worker Lisa, who intends to treat her guests to the exotic flavours of Mexico. Even though she's never been there, her theory is that everyone likes chilli con carne. Chris doesn't disappoint with his choice of outfit and rocks up dressed as Pablo Escobar, the Columbian gangster. David and Steph discover that Lisa has a `ladyship" title, while Sarah is confused by the margarita cheesecake thinking it'll be based on the pizza. There's more embarrassment for Sarah when she tells the group she thought Chris was dressed as Steph the previous night.

Last to host in Liverpool is carpet and flooring specialist Chris, who hopes his music-inspired nosh will send him to the top of the leaderboard. The evening gets off to a slow start when the guests are subjected to a passionate lecture from their host on the joys of carpets and vinyl flooring. However, David is fired up and pitches a business plan to furnish budgie cages with carpet off cuts. This is immediately shut down by budgie owner Lisa who has serious health and safety concerns for her feathered friend. Later, the recipient of the £1,000 prize is revealed.

The first in a week of parties from Bournemouth. Pharmacist Shikha hosts a traditional Indian dinner, with recipes that have been passed down her family for generations.

Former royal butler Ed hosts his dinner party in Bournemouth hoping to win the £1,000 prize by treating his guests to a night of royal regalia.

Ksara hosts a dinner party in Bournemouth featuring a menu inspired by her international travels, only for one guest to discover a soggy bottom in her pastry.
