Knives, forks and popping corks! We're celebrating 20 amazing years of dinner party debauchery, as the award-winning culinary competition returns for a new run as tasty and tantalising as ever! Each week, five strangers take it in turns to host a dinner party, scoring each other behind closed cupboard doors, and at the end of the week, the top-scoring host wins £1000. Kicking off a week in Cambridge, businesswoman and 'Queen of Etiquette' Rebecca is going all-out to impress her guests with a sophisticated dinner party full of fancy high-end food. But Rebecca didn't bank on having social media content creator Josh coming over - especially when his unique way of eating proves a little disturbing! Employee benefits manager Kate and wellness retreat host Nici are both convinced that they have a celebrity in their midst when they meet mushroom farm owner and uber foodie Mark. The group are introduced to another side of tonight's host when they have an impromptu rave in the garden. Everyone gets involved, with Josh, Nici and Mark busting moves that won't be forgotten in a hurry. Will Rebecca's attempt to host a sophisticated night bag her the £1000 prize, or will it all end in chaos?

The second host in Cambridge, party-loving employee benefits manager Kate, is confident that her Italian-inspired menu will impress her guests and bag her the grand. But etiquette-obsessed businesswoman Rebecca has her eye on content creator Josh, who has a taste for smashing his food together and making a real mess of the table. Josh doesn't disappoint when he lets out a large belch at the table, and food flies from his mouth and lands on mushroom farm manager and foodie Mark. Things get particularly raucous when the group dare Josh, who doesn't like seafood, to down a blended version of the crab ravioli starter, which results in a lot of gagging and spitting, and an extreme reaction from Nici. With all these antics going on, will Kate's Italian menu pack enough of a punch to impress the gang and put her into the lead?

But after throwing up all over the table last night, will he be on his best behaviour in his own home? Of course not! There are plenty of silly stunts and dares at the table, including one involving Josh's foot and a jar of mayonnaise, which one guest describes as one of the most disturbing things they've ever seen. Later, there's meat mayhem when Josh ignores how his guests would like their steaks, and as the sun sets, a spot of bongo buffoonery in the garden leaves our host apologising to the neighbours. But is Josh's nosh good enough to land him top spot?

On the penultimate night in Cambridge, mushroom farm manager Mark hopes to curry favour with his guests by dishing up an authentic Indian banquet. Things get off to a bad start, with one guest nearly choking on their welcome drink and some cutlery kerfuffle. And later, Mark proves he's not such a fun guy when his mushroom banter falls flat. And as the evening draws to a close, Mark's penchant for eating household pets upsets the animal lovers in the room, and his outrageous opinions on female chefs cause an even bigger stink. Can Mark keep korma and curry on?

On the final night in Cambridge, wellness retreat host Nici hopes to steal top spot with her Greek island-themed evening. But with social media content creator Josh hogging the limelight all week, can she stand out from the crowd? Josh doesn't hold back when he reveals that he's had a look through the host's drawers and tried on one of her leopard print swimsuits. He gets up on the sofa to show it off under his toga, to the shock of well-mannered businesswoman Rebecca and mushroom farm manager Mark. But when Nici dares someone to lick hummus off Josh's nipple, it's Mark who steps up! Things get even more full-on when employee benefits manager Kate starts a food fight with Josh over dessert, which upsets Nici, but can she bag the money, money, money with some ABBA karaoke?

The first host in Glasgow, 31-year-old project manager and self-proclaimed glamour puss Lauren, is hoping to impress with her unique Celtic-Caribbean fusion menu. As Lauren turns on the charm to wow her guests - 52-year-old civil servant Lydia, 34-year-old catering manager Garry, 24-year-old student Saoirse and 52-year-old fishmonger Bernadette - will her punchy flavours and exotic ingredients hit the spot? With such a mix of worldly flavours and classic Scottish fodder on the table, it's Lauren's sea bass that makes waves, but will her night do enough to make the early running to net the cash?

She's serving up a selection of tried-and-tested classics, but with tension rumbling on following some 'constructive criticism' earlier in the week, will locally-sourced food and a rave in the garden shed impress her guests?

On the penultimate night in Glasgow, 34-year-old catering manager Garry hopes to wow his guests with an exclusive Ibiza Beach Club theme. There's no expense spared as he treats everyone to his posh nosh, but will a blazing row over the use of the term 'sea bass steak' overshadow his night? Can Garry keep the peace and steer the attention back onto himself, with his fancy food and full club set-up in his back garden?

Fishmonger Bernadette hopes to spread some love on the final night in Glasgow, with her curious Italian-themed menu. Saoirse has an unexpected dip in Bernadette's hot tub and Garry's impressed when he discovers that their host is an award-winning fishmonger, but a fishy feud with Lauren leaves a bad taste in Bernadette's mouth. Can Lauren let bygones be bygones, or will the night descend into acrimony and ruin Bernadette's chances of winning the grand?

Performing arts teacher and lover of all-things theatrical Nina kicks things off in Plymouth in spectacular style with a showstopping, Tinseltown-inspired menu, full of rich flavours and witty puns. Will Nina's cinematic courses and energetic hospitality earn blockbuster reviews from her guests - 52-year-old teacher Steve, 32-year-old support worker Lea, 49-year-old performance artist Slain and 47-year-old pole fitness president Katie?

When they all head for a garden gig with Steve's folk band, Nina's excited to see Steve in his element. Meanwhile, Lea's chopstick skills are tested as she grapples with Asian prawns. Does Steve's fusion menu have the winning combo to take home the £1000 prize?

Performance artist Slain servces up a vegan version of a classic British menu. But with living doll Ms Lydon causing trouble, the night is set to be anything but normal. And can Slain tame his adversary? With talking dolls and stand-up comedy, can Slain steal the show and bag the cash?

On the final night in Plymouth, the pressure's on for pole fitness president Katie... not that she's feeling it! Confident Katie treats her guests to a pan-Asian feast, although Nina's not keen on the prospect of another vegetarian menu. Fellow meat eater Lea is blown away by the food in more ways than one, when she tucks into a dollop of wasabi. Slain gets cocky and tries a whole forkful, followed by instant regret, and when Katie puts on a pole dancing lesson, Steve can't wait to show off his moves, with flexibility firmly off the menu! Katie's confident that she's done enough to put herself in pole position, but will a rock-hard cheesecake base be her downfall?
