After an explosive competition and eight week break, Abby reaches out to the Junior Elite moms and asks that they come to the ALDC to hear an announcement that she believes will change everything.

Abby challenges the Junior Elites to a head-to-head competition and makes big changes to the team. In the hopes of finding her super team, Abby sends some girls home and brings in two new girls. But, when Abby's biggest rival returns, the moms worry about her ability to hold it all together.

Abby and the ALDC bring an edgy group routine, inspired by Kalani's 16th birthday, to this week's competition hoping to overtake Cathy and her Candy Apples for the second week in a row. Kendall dances a Maddie-esque solo determined to beat Nicaya.

Abby challenges Daviana and Kalani to one of the toughest head-to-head solo showdowns ever. And, old tensions erupt when two minis rejoin the team and compete for a spot in the group dance. In a shocking move, Abby eliminates one dancer from her super team.

After the brutal dismissal of one dancer, Abby brings in a new dancer with an eccentric mom and gives her a challenging trio with the two minis. Abby encourages Brynn to lead Kalani and Kendall in their trio. The moms are fearful of ruining the ALDC's winning streak when Abby assigns the first hip-hop routine since the elites walked out. Will they be able to bring home another win?

Nationals are only six weeks away, but a constantly changing team have the moms worried. Nia gets her first solo in a year and Abby gives two of her new dancers a chance to shine on stage. Meanwhile, the veteran moms go on the attack after one of the new moms puts down their kids.

Abby and the ALDC try to break the long standing losing streak in Fresno, CA. Holly's nerves are frayed when Abby announces the theme for a controversial and racially-charged group dance. Meanwhile, Elliana and Maesi's duet brings out the worst in Yolanda and Jamie's already toxic relationship.

Abby takes the girls to a cemetery to get them in the spirit for a graveyard-inspired group routine. The moms are frustrated when once again Brynn is given a special part. Elliana and Lilliana are given head-to-head solos for the first time, but the pressure causes Yolanda to go too far at competition.

The ALDC's revolving door continues as Abby auditions a new dancer to be a part of the "Great 8" team heading to Nationals. Brynn, Lilly, and Maesi all go head-to-head with solos. And, the moms are hopeful the new dancer will complete the team, but Ashlee thinks otherwise when her mom insults Brynn.

The ALDC travels to Denver where both the stakes and the altitude are high! For the first time this season Kalani, Kendall and Nia all dance competing solos. Much to the elite's dismay, the minis are in a technically complicated group dance, and the moms once again wonder if this addition will ruin their winning streak heading into Nationals.

It's the last week in LA before the ALDC heads to Pittsburgh for Nationals. The elite girls struggle with not only a difficult ballet group routine, but also the cold shoulder from Abby who is obsessed with the mini soloists. Meanwhile, Kendall resumes her stalled music career with a new music video shoot.

The team returns to Pittsburgh, but the stress of proving themselves on the East Coast leads to some of the most explosive battles between the moms all season. Abby questions Camryn's desire to be on the team and gives her one last chance to prove herself. The war between the ALDC and the Candy Apples rages on in their final face-off before Nationals.

It's the week of the National Championship and Abby hits a major creative roadblock with the group routine. Brynn, Kalani, Lilliana, and Elliana are assigned solos, leaving Holly and Jill fuming that the original members are left out. Kendall premieres her long awaited music video, and a former ALDC dancer contemplates paying a visit to her old teammates.

ALDC battles the Candy Apples for the final time this season, each trying to win the coveted title of National Champions. Abby breaks down when faced with an uncertain future, and a surprise guest makes an appearance that shocks the whole team.

It's the first week back and the news quickly spreads that Abby's court sentencing is just two weeks away. With the clock ticking, the moms are desperate to know what Abby's plans are for the future, but Abby's total denial creates havoc for the team. Instead of focusing on her own court case, Abby creates a group dance centered around Ashlee and Brynn's family court battle, forcing Brynn to face emotionally charged subject matter through dance.

The moms butt heads with Abby over a vegan-inspired routine, while Kendall, Brynn and Kalani compete with head-to-head solos. The team says goodbye to Abby for possibly the last time when she decides to head to Europe one week before her sentencing, making the moms question the future of the ALDC.

But, the girls' insecurities and their doting mothers prove to be a struggle for Cheryl and her teaching methods. Meanwhile, the ALDC struggles to stay together and bring Abby back.

With one week until Nationals, Cheryl adds an old rival to the team, but the moms aren't happy with sharing the spotlight. Kalani suffers a catastrophic injury, putting her solo and the group routine in jeopardy, and the pressure of winning brings Camryn to her breaking point.
