Season 2

The second season of the U.S. edition of Dancing with the Stars premiered on the ABC network on January 5, 2006, and ended February 24, 2006. This season expanded to ten couples from six in the previous season. Season two expanded each program from an hour to 90 minutes, and added an hour-long results show the following night. Two couples were declared safe in an earlier portion of the show, the remaining couples were then named off until only the bottom two were left.

Round 4

Tonight's featured dances were the Foxtrot and the Paso Doble. According to judge Len Goodman, the Foxtrot should be an elegant dance filled with gentle rises and falls. The Paso Doble is the most theatrical dance in ballroom, best known thanks to the fantastic film, Strictly Ballroom. In the Paso Doble, the man must portray the arrogant, macho matador and the woman acts as his cape.

Master P and Ashly Delgrosso are voted off the show finally. The Pussycat Dolls strutted their stuff singing their hit single, "Don't Cha." They treated viewers to a performance of their single "Sway," as professional dancers Jonathan Roberts and Anna Trebunskaya danced the Cha Cha.

Former Righteous Brother Bill Medley will be performing his Oscar-winning hit "(I've Had) The Time of Life" from the movie "Dirty Dancing," Medley will be joined by his daughter, McKenna Medley, as professional dancers Cheryl Burke and Tony Dovolani recreate Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey's memorable routine. In addition, backed by a choir, New Zealand born Natasha Bedingfield will dazzle us with a performance of her latest single, "Unwritten." And though he may be out of the competition, Maksim Chmerkovskiy's dance teachings live on in a performance by his students - Sergey Onik, Michelle Glazarov, Valeria Kazherinova, Nicole Volynets, Valentin Chmerkivskiy and Boris Leokumovich -- who will be dancing the Jive to "Mambo #5."

Lisa Rinna & Louis van Amstel are voted off the show. Michael Bublé performs "For Once in My Life" and "The Way You Look Tonight." This week he serenades audiences on the "Dancing with the Stars" stage with his rendition of "Save the Last Dance for Me" from his latest album, "It's Time," as professional dancers Alec Mazo and Edyta Sliwinska dance the cha cha. He also accompanies professional dancers Nick Kosovich and Andrea Hale who dance the foxtrot as he sings "Moondance" off his highly successful sophomore album, "Come Fly with Me." Host Tom Bergeron will join Master P's former partner, Ashly Delgrosso, in a heroic attempt at the quickstep.
