Child psychologist Hannah puts her daughter Fleur on the field. Exciting, because it is the first day in a new school. And Hannah will have known that right away. While Fleur adapts easily and makes friends, Hannah is confronted with house rules for which she does not know the existence, a singing and not so flexible teacher, curious and meddlesome parents, and the demand for parental participation. At the bottom of the ladder? The lice mother, who has to deliver the children from the troublesome creatures.
Afspraak is afspraak
Drama on the drop-off zone of De Akker. Hannah thought Fleur was going to play with Rita, Kenneth says his daughter came to visit them. However, both have plans, but someone will have to get the worst of it. Director Erik assumes ex-serviceman Ronald, who suffers from post-traumatic stress syndrome, as a new caretaker. It is supposedly his mission to help Ronald, but actually it is him to do the subsidies he gets for this. Miss Els is sick of the parents to distract their child by waving to them while they are already in the classroom. She abolishes the sweat zone.
Er zijn er twee jarig, hoera hoera
Fleur had his birthday last weekend and has a treat to school. But apparently Hannah did not follow the strict school regulations, with all the hatred of that. Nancy is in all states when three green experience mums have already been called. Erik wants to call the parents to encourage parent participation ... with an older participant's evening.
Laat ze maar glanzen
Erik is introduced to Bobbi, 1st year bachelor of primary education at the university of applied sciences. She wants to do a sniffing internship in the Akker. Tonight there is parent contact, and Erik has developed a new method: the gloss method, where parents can mainly talk for themselves. Hannah's ex-husband brings his new girlfriend to the parents' contact.

Het is 1 april. Zoals elk jaar haalt directeur Erik rossen grappen met het personeel uit. Grappen die alleen hij leuk vindt. Dit jaar willen de broodjes en Nancy hem een koekje van eigen knoflook geven. Juffrouw Els verdeelt de leerlingen van haar klas in groepjes op basis van hun leesvaardigheid. This leading to onrust under the parents, with felle discussies en ruzie tussen Mel en Kim tot gevolg.
De Pestkip
Miss Els wants to do something about the resilience of her students. In this way they learn to deal better with aggression and be bullied. But with Hannah's daughter Fleur, that course seems to have an opposite effect, and that also has consequences for the mothers of the class. Director Erik spent too much the past year, and hopes to save on his personnel costs.
