In fact, there is reason to celebrate. Not only is it almost ten years to the day since Dr. Martin Gruber came back to Ellmau. It's also Lisbeth's birthday. But the entire Gruber family would have imagined it differently. Anne Meierling still lives at the Gruberhof, much to Martin's displeasure. Brother Hans, mother Lisbeth and daughter Lilli are hoping for a talk between Martin and Anne. Because everyone wants her to help as a partner in the future to run the farm successfully again. But the fronts have hardened, and Martin threatens to leave the farm for good if his ex stays. Much to Rike's delight, because she wants to persuade him to move in with him anyway. But Martin is unsure and hesitates. And then there is Rike's son Lukas, who suffers from a borderline disorder and who is surprisingly released from the home. The Bergdoktor is also professionally challenged. Michael Lanzinger visits him in his practice and asks him for help. His wife died in an accident a few months ago and he is now on the hunt for the person who received the heart of the convinced organ donor. Martin initially refers to his duty of confidentiality, but he has a bold idea. Because his patient Hanna Hofer received the donor heart from Michael's wife, but has been suffering from severe depression ever since. Martin arranges a meeting between the two and hopes that this will give Hanna some courage to face life again. The plan seems to be working, the chemistry between the two is right from the start, they form a tender bond. But Hanna's latest laboratory results point to a non-specific inflammation and an incipient rejection reaction of the new heart. Michael doesn't want to admit his feelings for the young woman who carries the heart of his great love within her, and Hanna loses her newly found joy in life. She's getting worse and worse. With the help of his friend Kahnweiler, Martin feverishly searches for the source of the infection. Can he save Hanna?

Chef Anne Burrell is back for a seventh season of trying to turn some of America's worst cooks into kitchen stars. This time, however, the recruits are seven celebrities who can showcase their talents on TV and in movies, but not no so much in the kitchen. Burrell competes against Worst Cooks in America newcomer Rachael Ray to see which chef can lead one contestant to make the most impressive culinary transformation. Actors Dean Cain, Ellen Cleghorne, Jaleel White and Barry Williams join reality stars Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Chris Soules and Kendra Wilkinson in boot camp. The winning star gets $50,000 for charity and bragging rights for his or her mentor. Not all of the celebrities will make the cut, however; after an opening potluck dinner each mentor selects three recruits to be on her team, leaving one celebrity to be sent home before the competition really begins. Burrell is looking to extend her record to 5-2, while Ray looks to get the win in her first season.
