Sonja Schwarz doesn't have much time to settle in. Immediately after her arrival in South Tyrol, "Frau Commissario", as her new colleagues from the Bolzano police department call her, gets caught up in a wild shootout. The investigator, who comes from Frankfurt, also has to take cover in her new home. Her husband Thomas wants to take over the indebted winery of his ex-mother-in-law Katharina, who fires one poisoned arrow after the other at Sonja.
