Iceland
Dhani stops in Iceland, a small yet beautiful country littered with majestic waterfalls and legendary hot springs. Although small in population, Iceland hosts more champions in the sport of Strongman than any other nation. Dhani will put every single muscle in his body to the test as he trains with elite Icelandic athletes in preparation for a local Strongman tournament.

Jamaica
Whether it's music, religion, or sports, Jamaicans have a unique approach to life. NFL linebacker Dhani Jones experiences first-hand what makes Jamaica so distinctive. Under the guidance of world-class cricket player Jimmy Adams, Dhani learns how to bat, bowl and field Jamaican style.

Croatia
Dhani dives into Dubrovnik, Croatia, the medieval walled city along the Adriatic Sea coastline, where he will learn from world class athletes and compete in front of 5,000 fans in the sport of water polo.

Scotland

Dhani's adventures take him to Rio de Janiero, Brazil -- the Marvelous City -- as he tries to bump-set-spike his way through the sand volleyball courts of world famous Ipanema Beach.

South Africa
Dhani travels to the African continent's southern-most city to train with Premier Soccer League club, Ajax Cape Town. Off the pitch, the Bengal comes face-to-face with lions, leopards, and even a great white shark.

Mexico City
Dhani experiences Lucha Libra, Mexico's version of professional wrestling, and takes in the culture of Mexico City where he trains for his Lucha Libre match.

Nepal
Dhani Jones endures 8-hour days battling acclimatization and an endless uphill climb to the world¿s highest peak, Mt. Everest, located in the Himalayan kingdom of Nepal.
